- The first of my Stardew Valley marriage guide series - let's marry Haley! Though she's a little cold when you first meet her, she warms up pretty quickly.
One thing I forgot to mention in the video - for Haley's loved gifts, the fruit salad and the pink cake recipes are not available until year 2. So there's one more point for the daffodil!

My sister recently got me into this game, so I’ve been interested in these kinds of videos. Gotta say, I already watched your Abigail video, and I enjoy how informative you are. I’m probably not gonna go for Haley just yet, but maybe on a second play through, or third.
It’s hard to describe the way you can explain things.
The magic rock candy can probably be bought in the dessert, that one store with a camel, but i forgot how much it cost though.
I think you need 3 prismatic shards to make it, I forgot really.

What do you give her to propose like what was the shell and where do you find it? I gave her the bouquet and everything just not sure where that blue shell is?
Non-spoiler version - it has something to do with the locked section of the beach (to the right of Elliot's house). I'll see if I can't get a quick little video out to show people how to get the pendant - I don't think I mentioned it in either of the guides yet!

Or the big bunny you get in the Egg festival, does that work?
The rabbit foot will work - it's considered one of the "universal loves," and everyone in town (except for Penny) loves it. Not sure about the bunny though, I've never tried to give it to anyone!

I can't find any source in the web.
I proposed on 25th of summer so the Marriage should be 28th the same day as the Moonlight Festival, but the marriage didn't happen at that time, its 28th now and nothing shows up.
I've went to Haley and she's acting like we're married but there's no ceremony and her status is just "Girlfriend".
It is because of the event?
Was it delayed because of that?

Someone in Reddit said they got married the same time as the Spring Event and still went to the event after marriage.

You should be okay - a lot of times the festivals will just bump things forward a day. My guess is, your wedding will be on the 29th instead. So it's almost like the festival day doesn't count as one of the 3 days. I would recommend backing up your save though before sleeping - just in case something goes wrong! Good luck, please let me know how it turns out!
Just tested this out - I recreated your situation and proposed to her on the 25th of summer. My wedding skipped summer 28 and just happened on the 1st of fall. You're good! :)
Okay I never really cared for Haley's character he's a hundred times better than I gave her credit for
Same for me, I didn't like a lot of the NPCs until I took the time to befriend and marry each one just to see what they were like. They're all pretty great in their own way.

Do you mean the bouquet to start dating her? You can get a bouquet from Pierre's for 200 g. Then once you give it to Haley (or whoever you're trying to marry), it will open up those last two hearts. Good luck! :)

Sometimes it's a right place, right time sorta thing! If you're not looking for them, some of these events are easy to miss
When i gave her bracelet i only got 7 heart not 8 why?

That depends on the event. Usually "triggering" an event just involves entering a certain screen at a certain time of day after you reach the right amount of hearts - like entering her house while she's there, or walking into Pelican Town.

how to you get the bouquet, the shell thing for marriage and the chocolate cake?
@@stinky_steve1019 when you get about 5 or 6 hearts with a single villager, Pierre with send you a letter telling you that he has bouquets available. And you can aquire the mermaids pendant( the shell thing) by repairing the bridge on the east side of the beach, that is where the old mariner will appear ( but only on rainy days). If you have 8 hearts the mariner will offer you a mermaids pendant for 5000g.

Did it come from the bulletin board outside Pierre's store? If so, those are just randomized things that the NPCs ask for - if you can find Haley a potato, you'll get some extra friendship points with her :)

Do you mean the first event? If you missed it, you might still be able to see if as long as all the conditions are right (and you haven't married her yet!). If you chose a "wrong" option, you're good - just gotta keep talking to her and giving her gifts and her friendship will go back up.
How come you don’t need to go on a date with her?
That's one thing Stardew is missing, the dating part! It would be cool if you were able to take the NPCs out on actual dates.
I feel bad for my 10th heart event with Hayley. I didn't kiss her because I'm blind and keeping a character of asking for permission or waiting for a sign to kiss. Idk I just didn't expect that she wants a kiss...
Don't feel bad! SDV is awesome because everyone can play in their own way - and she'll still marry you even if you didn't swoop in for the kiss in the dark closet 😁

I think if you haven't married her yet you should still be able to see it, try catching her at her home while she's inside! If you're married to her though it might not be possible since she doesn't hang out at her old home anymore.

Dont know why but i cant get her to 8 hearts, i have given her a lot of gift but still, i modded the game so i think maybe something broke but idk'
Hopefully your game is still ok :( I think the only way to test it would be to remove mods and try to get her hearts up then. But I'd be worried switching back and forth between mods and no mods could also break your save. Let us know how it turned out, crossing my fingers it's not bugged or something!

What is that blue color thing
The only blue thing I can think of is the mermaid pendant - it's the item you give to your boyfriend/girlfriend to propose to them (it looks like a spiral seashell).

Hi! 😁 I use a mod called CJB Cheats Menu - it gives you a ton of things you can mess with and change around. Super helpful for guides and testing things out!

Where did you find the chocolate cake?
Dudeguy got his chocolate cake from cheating 😁 Normally, you can get the recipe for it in winter of year 1, or it can be found randomly sometimes at the Stardrop Saloon or Krobus' shop.
