The performance begins with the Tamil Thai Vazhthu, a tribute to Tamil heritage and motherland, beautifully sung and presented by the young performers. Their powerful rendition of this iconic song pays homage to Tamil culture and its rich traditions.
Following that, the children deliver an emotional rendition of the New Zealand & Māori Anthem, showcasing the harmony and unity between two distinct cultures. This performance highlights the respect and deep connection between the Tamil community and New Zealand’s indigenous Māori
