Yes, you are able to replace the entire keyboard on a MacBook Pro 2021. Keep in mind it is a very lengthy repair.

I think we will be selling individual keys soon. Or you could probably find some on Amazon.

mine doesnt slide out... and the hinge attached to the key looks broken? so i just pushed it back down but it still doesnt press good .. still sticky T_T
You are probably going to need a new key, and/or the keyboard needs to be cleaned with some isopropyl alcohol to be clean.
