There's a lot of cuts. That's kind of rough to watch. Is there a reason there are so many cuts in your intro? Also the camera work is a bit distracting.

Hey guys - love these videos.
IMO the only thing you're missing, if you added a little portable preamp (I use an iRig) between your mic and camera it will add a great professionality to your vids. The speaker's sound quality is a little hollow and distant at times. You could also use a portable recorder as a secondary source like a Tascam in order to have redundancy.

To everyone thinking about opening a coffee shop here is a little fun fact for you. 50% go broke in the first 2 years.
If you are really good at what you do and have great staff in a good area, with cheap rent you can make a decent wage.
Staff is a headache and you will have to do 60 hour weeks. If you love it than it won’t be so bad. Very few people make great money in a coffee shop.

It would make a big difference in your overall production value if you could improve this. The part with the owner sounded ok it's the employees interview that sounded like there was no lapel. Also you might look into normalizing the audio across the video so it's all about the same volume. It was an interesting video, I look forward to seeing more.

You're still young, you've got a whole life ahead of you! Our advice would be to start saving and soon enough you'll have enough money for a down payment or to start your own small coffee stand.

Check to see if your state has any grants for new businesses. I am from Nebraska and was able to get a 10k micro enterprise tax credit. Go talk to your local chamber of commerce. Cities love new businesses and have resources to help!

Thanks for the interview. Kind suggestion for the interviewer. Don’t have a cup of coffee before your begin shooting. You’re fidgety and jittery. And let your subject command the convo. Ask your questions and chill. You have a good thing, and the shots are solid, although cut too many times.
    Hope this is helpful. ✌️

it's nice to see the emphasis on cleanliness in a coffee shop, so many think it's cool to have these dirty people serving coffee without anyone saying something. a tid bit: hair nets or coverings would take clealiness to the next level.
