    Congrats! I'd definitely recommend your next equipment upgrade look more into a Thunder Laser or an Aeon. They are very affordable if you are in this business for the long game versus what a glowforge is capable. With the success you've had, the cut/engrave speed alone will accelerate your future success substantially. Invest in the equipment and your business future. You already proved you know it works 😊

    I seriously wonder how this is possible.
    Currently you have 2250 verified sales on Etsy and almost all offers under 10 dollars. If I did math, that's about $22,000 in sales for the entire time this shop has been in business.

    • @85thandPine
      @85thandPine  7 місяців тому

      If you watched the whole video, you would see analytics around the 3 minute mark and one major thing you are missing is that we have TWO Etsy shops. One Etsy shop is for physical items which is what we talked about in this video. The other only has digital products. The physical items were the majority of our sales, as mentioned.

    Just got one recommendation and that’s on the edit of this video is to watch the audio levels from video to video, it tends to spike and that can take away from overall quality, see if you can add some “cross fade” effect on your audio, otherwise good stuff

    Maybe you can answer this for me. I was star seller for Nov and December. This month I'm not. I looked to see why and it showed I didn't respond to two people within 24 hours. The two I hadn't responded to were from purchases I had made on etsy not for my sales. This was my first year of selling on etsy and I was responding to everyone as soon as they ordered. I don't think not responding to someone thanking me for a nice review that it should have caused me to lose the star seller badge. I can't find anywhere that I can contact etsy about this.

    • @85thandPine
      @85thandPine  2 роки тому

      That is frustrating! If your messages (even from your personal purchases from other sellers) are all linked in the same account, then it could affect your star seller rating if you don't respond. I have a separate personal account on Etsy that I make purchases from, so if I get any messages through there, it won't affect my business account. But I also know it's hard to find contact information for Etsy support - they make it difficult. I've communicated with them via live chat in the past and that has helped, but I remember having to jump through hoops to find that.
