I have high hopes for PBtS, it's got the potential to be a fun action-adventure. Though on that note, regarding solely the pilot episode: does the "action" part seem subdued to a anyone else? Like, the music and the urgency of the characters give the feeling that things are happening fast, but on-screen it's like things are going slow? Like everything is taking it's time despite the sense of excitement you feel from the scene. Or is that just me?
Hard to believe she's been chipping away at that project for over ten years now. In hindsight, it kind of feels like No Evil ended up being too far ahead of its time.

Port by the Sea is the second best indie animation just behind Lackadaisy. To me at least.
