@skirts365 i have some questions to ask..i saw some man who are very thin,but when pulling them on table,they are absolutely powerful!really cant understand..i am a right handed actually,but i bough a 15kg dumbell,my right arm can only do about 10reps but left arm can do about 20reps,after that i arm wrestling with my friend,i can feel my left arm that i am not usually used is absolutely strong,can beat the person who has a larger arm than me,seems only my left arm have the genetic advantage..

Zydrunas savickas is way stronger than mariusz has ever been. Zydrunas can outlift Mariusz on Any lift. Mariusz barely reached 880lbs deadlift and only on his best days. Zydrunas hit over 900+ consistently and easily, + an overhead press of almost 500lbs.

Got a buddy that slides his elbow when you push him. We only wrestle on regular table top so he can do that. Is that cheating? How do you counter it?
keep your own elbow close and if he slides, try and open his arm angle so his bicep stretches and opens, thats when its weak.
