i recomend you crafting slime bouncing pads from tinkers construct (if they are not blocked) its neat Block that allows you to create yeet mob farm because of fact that mobs can spawn on it, and also i can transport items but i suggest encasing pipe because there is no cap on velocity of the mobs and items
Make a Sense Blade to harvest IC2 crops in a 5x5 square. That way you can fill in the entire oreberry farm and be able to harvest it all. Though I suppose you'll need a magnet to pick it all up.
In vanilla MC, pumpkin and melon when planted, fully grown and broke, it usually drop more than 1 seed, even more with fortune. So I think the same logic applies to redlon seed
Once you get the smeltery up and running, it would definitely be worth looking into a Tinker's Construct bow, or crossbow! Crossbows particularly, because they can do a lot of damage. There are quests that go through how to make them (you can turn on viewing mode in the book to look ahead at quests you haven't unlocked yet, if you didn't already know). Tinker's ranged weapons use durability instead of ammo, so you can just repair your bolts/arrows with flint or something in the same way you do tools. There's even an an early quest that rewards a Ball of Moss, which can be applied to the tinkers bolts/arrows, which makes the ammo regenerate!
you can use right click when trading with the pech to avoid accidentally punching them when the trading window closes. shift right click transfers everything to your inventory just like shift left click, and right clicking on the trade button also works perfectly!
I would recommend growing two rows of redlon crops side by side with rows of empty blocks on either side to maximize the space efficiency. Each crop is competing for a block to grow on in your farm right now. If you're not concerned with that it's not big deal though. Your farm certainly works as is. Anyway though, I'm loving this series so far. Never got this far into gregtech and it's super interesting watching this and other series on gregtech packs. Keep up the good work!
For the thaumcraft cauldron flux thing, it can be made much smaller (if you want to) buy putting single pixel width Microblock strips, directly against the caldron in the 3 by 3 by 3 cube with the caldron and a trapdoor on top (trapdoor will prevent any flux escape even if its open, and lets you close it to prevent anything you don't want entering from getting dropped in accidentally.
if you make a room and fill it with flux you will get flux slimes which are always infernal you will have to be careful what material you use to build the room since taint can spread also the exp grates can collect exp orbs into pipes one of the quests does reward essence berrys if i recall correctly
If there are 2 melon seeds sharing a block to produce melon on it, then they won't give you as many as if you gave them more space by putting 2 blocks between every 2 melon seed lines.
Its rare that I really look forward to another Episode of something. Awesome series!!! Very entertaining to watch. Just sad I have to wait a few days for another vid hahaha
Honestly, I would recommend going for all the crops. As in every kind of seed because it's a renewable resource. I also have a faint idea of some kind of diamond crop, maybe. Not sure how viable that is in this pack specifically though. Oh, and the mana beans are an infinite source of essentia resources for cauldron stuff and infusion crafting, whenever you get around to that tier eventually
Since you'll have to expand anyways why not have each platform themed around the age you're in, i.e. the cog for the steam age, orange/brown circuit board with vacuum tube lamps for lv, green circuit for mv, and so on
Very lucky with the yellow stonelilies...while you cant really use it now, its very useful around ev, because you can use it to get endstone dust which gives tungstate, platinum, helium and sand
Crazy to see how you started to how you are doing. Congrats on your progress. Always takes some luck but also a lot of skill and i like the villager head. Look forward to what comes next. Im still working on my series Sky of Grind so i havent done a whole lot with what we worked on together but so far i only have a platform and somewhat of a safezone. But based on what ive done i can imagine the hours your spending on this lol Curious how can i update the pack based on how i got it from you?
only on tools that are classified as weapon and tool, on tools youll get fortune, on weapons youll get looting The level of looting/fortune depends on the amount of lapis, its semi random on what lapis aplication you get level 1, 2 or 3. from lapis 1-149 you have a chance to get level 1 on each application, same from 151-299 for level 2 and 301-449 for level 3. if you got unlucky you are guaranteed to get level 1 on 150, level 2 on 300 and level 3 on 450. Using the tool/weapon has a random chance to increase the lapis count when used for what the tool/weapon is intended

Just a small info to those thaumic bases crops, some of those are effected by fortune, even on rightclicking the plant
Ohh wow!!! Good to know

8 hours and almost 4.5k views... man, this doing numbers 😂👌🏽
Love the content
Sticky Reed grind is always something
Indeed lol
My laptops been broken fkr like 5 months now, so youve been my main source for my modded minecraft fix lol keep it up!
Rip!
Hope that you get it sorted soon
Thanks for the montage! Please do more! Also, a proper villager hall structure would be nice!

Hey, thanks for your videos! Very interesting, new mechanics. I now into more automatisation stage than in exploring world.

Woah that’s a pretty awesome idea…
I like your thinking!
Is it possible that your specter glass mob farm is less than what you hoped because the slimes are taking up loads of potential spawns?
Either this, or light is leaking in the bottom of the farm where the spikes are (so it would need an overhang roof to lower light level)
It’s the slimes, I figured that out just recently.
Thanks! ;)
Grind! Grind! Grind!
GRIND!
TC luck is both fortune _and_ looting.
Best gtnh playthrough
At UA-cam
Have you seen Goose? Because Goose is amazing.
Finally!

@gardenofgrind probably forgot to say it, but you get endstone through thaumcraft end tree that transforms cobble into endstone
Don't forget to make Scythe for easy harvest.

idk if it was a thing in 1.7, but you could have right clicked the wolf to make it sit so that it would stop attacking the pech

Legend!
Thanks for this, so at least I know it wasn’t wasted lol
I hate it when I buy thaumium (purple magical iron derivative from thaumcraft) and they give me thorium (radioactive metal that exists in real life).
Nobody is talking about the dog murder midway through the vid 😢
wouldnt it be possible to build a dispenser with a redstone clock so the pechs dont despawn?
you should already have everything needed for lv pump so you should have an option to automate water for boilers
I do yes, but the rubber sheet is my only issue as I don’t have a cast for it…
:(
@@gardenofgrind ah, pbf grind...
yes im still here
Awesome
stickreed appear as reeds in the first 4 stages, so u mighta just broke some stickreeds 😢
