Mother 3 was one of the last games made for the GBA, so they had a lot of time to figure out its admittedly weak sound hardware by then. Also, this is likely the "uncompressed" version of the sounds used.
@@quillion3rdoption I mean good sound is possible, Pinball Dreams (I think that's what it's called) has a GBA port that sounds nearly identical to the Amiga and SNES ports. It's just rare.
Battle against those who fight further
This sounds great for the GBA. Never heard this soundfont before, but it's probably one of the best the handheld has to offer.

@@zanegandini5350 It may have been a late release. In general, the GBA's later games sounded pretty good despite the hardware.
Imagine this in 16 combo to this music
And then imagine them adding some "skippy" parts on the "hard" version just to throw you off.
ive listened to this so much that i genuinely prefer it over the original
fantastic job my dude!! ❤️
Thank you so much!!! That makes me really happy to hear that!
Lucas vs. Cloud in Smash Bros.
The more I hear their works, the more it seems Shogo Sakai and Nobuo Uematsu have the same taste in sounds (if not the compositions as a whole).
Splendid!
Thank you!
@@meleepd4491 You're welcome!
Honestly, some of the final fantasy 7 enemies feel like they’d fit in a mother game, they’re so weird.
You cannot grasp the true form of... oh hell, just about any enemy in this game really, not with that poly count.
