I never hear the long version of that particular TOH being used on air, have you?. I've also noticed that Heart haven't started using the summer jingles yet, any idea when they may start? Thanks 🙂
I think I’ve heard a longer version of that TOH before. I also think heart is gonna start playing their summer jingles after their yearly “Heart’s Live In Ibiza” which starts on the 28th of Friday and 29th of Saturday. So they should play the summer jingles on 1st of July.

Since posting my original comment, I noticed Heart have started using some ‘Turn up the Summer, Turn up the Feel Good’ jingles between their songs, but they’ve not yet started the summer TOHs or OOBs, so yes maybe after the Heart Live in Ibiza ☀️ . I wonder what the TOHs will sound like because this is the first time they’ve ever had sung TOHs (when they sing This Is Heart at the start of the TOH) as opposed to just saying ‘This is Heart’.
@@thehouseplanthub9755 Most likely the TOH will stay the same just added some summer sound effects like birds chirping, a drink being poured into a cup and water splashes etc.
@@thejingledude Hi, I heard 2 summer TOHs used on Matt Wilkinson's show yesterday (Tuesday 2nd July). One was at 13:00 and the other at 14:00. 15:00 was back to normal non-summer TOHs and there was a slight technical issue here too where he kept talking beyond the end of the jingle. There has been no summer TOHs used since then which is very odd. Obviously there was the technical issue I mentioned at 15:00 yesterday but there was one at 06:00 on early breakfast with Rob Howard this morning, where the TOH played (non-summer) but there was no talking through it, just the weather bed playing in the background which hadn't been switched off. I wonder if perhaps the technical issues are being caused by the process of uploading the summer jingles to the system, as I remember previously when there have been new jingles there has been numerous technical issues to go with them. Just thought I'd share, as I've never known summer TOHs to start being used then to suddenly stop! Still no summer OOBs either.
