how do you get the fleece to perfectly cover the foam skull? i looks like you're not using a pattern...wondering how you fit it over cheek/nose details, lips, ears, etc.
I'm a decade too late, but he probably uses spray adhesive to keep things in place.

Materials aside, he is a professional. Who dictates you use fur and fleece. Might be standard for one producer, not all.
