Have you had any issues with the cv axles? The trail boss ones are a little longer than non TB/AT4. I have a trail boss as well and only reason I got it was same boat you were in with inventory and money off. No where had a 6.2 midnight edition black in a RST. If not I can change some struts and remove rear block easily.
No issues stock kit and they swapped the struts out. Truck was sold not to long after. Cashed me out 10k over sticker price waiting on new GMC with new interiors to drop. Noe at JNJ motorsports in the valley will take care of you. They are Under IHC suspension same location.
Was better then factory on highway and cornering. 4x4 still worked took the truck to the ranch used 4x4 no issues. for me it road better and hooked better from a dig.
@@txracing23 the truck was returned to stock before sold no issues at all. the bags held air great but are not expensive if you have a issue and not hard to replace down the road.
It’s the IHC 3/5 4x4 drop. No cutting all bolt on and it comes with the helper bags. Visit IHC Suspension website any questions give them a call. Super helpful people.
You never told us why you changed the strut, ummm because it sat tooo high with the trial boss strut??? If your going to say you will tell us in a little bit, then tell us!!!
lol I pulled those vids from the shop and drop company it wasnt me. But length is the reason id say. The trail boss comes with gm AT4 lift. It sits 2in higher then stock Z71. Its a IHC 3/5 kit but took another 2in off all the way around removing the AT4 kit and strut.
@@DroppedSoloCAB Yes I agree, so what Strut did you put in there??? I need part numbers my customer wants to lowering kit, but he has a trial boss and it will sit 2" high with this kit.
@@ricardopr54 lol i stay voiding warranties im not a soccer dad on a budget. wait till i chop a locked rear end to tuck lipped 28s get your comments ready.
I always love reading the comments from all the small wangered lifted truck crowd. Nothing more universal than a lowered All wheel drive high HP truck……It’s a shame the Chevy and Sierra aren’t High HP.
lol i know. it was covid supply was limited and the discount was crazy. I made 10k over total price when i sold it. i also have multiple vehicles and always have a dedicated 4x4 for offroad. trucks gone when inventory came in and never dropped vids of the new single cab. thanks for the support.
Do you have to drive around with bags aired up so you dont bottom out or just while towing?
Wanting to drop my trail boss 2 inches. To be at stock 2019 silverado height. Can i just change out the shocks? Or do i have to do control arms etc...
22 gmc single cab dropped off IHC video coming soon
Can’t wait!!!
Is this an IHC kit, or an IHG kit? Got a link to the website?

You put 87 in a silverado?
👏👏👏👏👏
How much would it be on that same truck to do the same work to it?
How’s the truck feel/ride? Curious how often you have to air up the bags as well. Contemplating on doing my RST

@@DroppedSoloCAB love to hear that. I’m still debating whether to do it on mine.

IHC and jnj motorsports took care of it all. im assuming it was stock z71 struts. best bet is to reach out to IHC tech. they’ll remember my truck.

No quema cuh!?!
🤣
What a way to mess up a nice off road truck... You should've got a regular silverado if you want them to ride low instead!...🤦🏾♂️
What if they were sold out and they gave me this truck for the same price as a 2020 should i had paid the 12k to please people like you?
Lowered trucks are easier too load and get better fuel economy making them better for work... Plus he can tow with those helper bags
@@DroppedSoloCAB You could of got her for cheaper but lost its warranty by doing that modification!... So that's a dumb move!
