This was my 90 day body transformation using weights as well as some bodyweight workouts mixed in as well. deadlifting helped fill my lowerback and squats helped me make gains on my legs. Bench press boosted my pec strength and size. I had to learn how to lift weights from popular fitness youtubers and it worked!

Try placing a 45 pound plate on the floor beneath each foot as you bench press. I’m 5’8” and have a hard time getting traction with my feet.
Driving your shoulders and lats into the bench anchors you and allows for better balance and generation of force. Use your feet and legs to keep you in place and solid on that bench.
Your max will JUMP once you learn to engage your whole kinetic chain in the bench press movement :)
I enjoy your vids, keep it up!

  • @Nuetral768

The back is perhaps the most important part of the body when training. I used to train like crazy, but then I had several back injuries from various sources outside the gym. Even after I recovered whenever I tightened up my back, which is virtually always, my spine started feeling (and still does) like it is being torn apart. Since then I haven't been able to train hardly at all. Protect your bodies everyone, especially from carrying heavy objects with help that aren't as strong as they remember being before and whatever you do don't move against resistance multiple ways at the same time (get help, and if you can't then just don't do it... I don't care what the consequences are, it wasn't worth it). 👍

Those are some serious gains for 90 days! I really need to switch my workout program, I've been at the current one for too long already. I've been doing higher rep, circuit style bodyweight stuff, thinking about switching to mostly free weights + bodyweight holds for developing calisthenics skills for a couple months. And maybe go from full body 3x a week to a 4 day split. Just gotta set some time aside to develop a new routine, that's the hardest part for me!
