This doesn't work when someone has taken over admin of your page. You need to be the admin to claim access which makes no sense. If I had access I wouldn't need to reclaim it. I know this isn't your fault and you're right its terribly frustrating to have built a page and now I can't access it.

When I login to the business manager, I click on settings but then there is no option for business settings. It only lists Business portfolio info, business assets, people, and authorisations. I cannot see the full list like in the video.

This doesn't work when someone has taken over admin of your page. You need to be the admin to claim access which makes no sense. If I had access I wouldn't need to reclaim it. I know this isn't your fault and you're right its terribly frustrating to have built a page and now I can't access it.

Well I dont think that it's fair that we loose our accounts without any kind of help, .it's all thanks to Marvis Gateway that i got mine back for Lord Knows what i would have done. I even heard he got a pages for all social media Platforms
