Thank you Nakul. I tried all other ways like Copyright infringement & IPR but FB rejected that method as my problem was with Business account and not copyright issue. With your advice i contacted Business support and they have assured me of solving the problem. So, I just figured out the way to add myself back as an admin without Facebook support. In the pages section you can click "Add People" and give yourself the role of Admin once again. It's that simple! You don't have to contact them at all. I just regained access after playing around for a minute.

hello! i have the same problem. i try to do what you recomand here in your video, but when it is happened to me i didn't have any payd comercial at all...so i think that is the reason that i don' t have permision to chat with anybody from fb...
besides that, the website interface is no longer the same. for example i don't see the option "create a new case", or the button "chat with a representant"

Someone has taken over my main FB Page and so I have lost control of all my Pages and Tutorial groups. I am gutted it’s 13 years of work, photos and videos, plus thousands of followers lost. My work is through FB.
