Once your body is cold long enough,your inner heat comes to surface( also pain level goes down for muscles). Then its time for your hubby to cuddle. He'll appreciate your gift to him( big time). Takes time to adjust to this method....be patient rewards are so worth it, for both of you.ps makes for more CUDDLE TIME.

If you understood what many men do with their hands during the day you'd realize why they can't do it. Working construction and things like that wear your hands out and massages don't go well with that.
Then it should help the hands... Seriously, in exchange, have her rub your hands. Used to be a nail tech, & manly men enjoy a manicure more than women. If you ever go to a salon, get a pedicure… it’s like getting a new pair of feet.
