Kindia attempts to challenge the leadership of current top male, Qafzeh, at Edinburgh Zoo. But will Kindia's display ritual be sufficient to usurp Qafzeh? Great clip from the show 'Chimp TV.' This is what type 2 civilization of aliens think of us.
@NA Phiri Type 4 sees us as molecules and atoms.
fucking intp comment
@@pixelcrunch300 type 7 sees us as video game
Definitely
Type 10 sees us nothing but air.
Am I the only one who noticed they added stock sounds on top of the original chimpanzee screams?
"Kafsi, on the left, isn't very smart."
So cold lmao
That’s messed up bruh that’s vile.
If only our politicians were as smart...
brooo💀💀💀
We’re feeling that here in the US
Really aren’t, politics here only want power and does not know how to make a better world in this hell.
Some may call it 'chimp politics' -- I call it 'an average day in academia'.
I don't know why but I always thought it was amazing that these creatures are able to live for 60 years
Mitch Halutick Does that really happen in the wild though?
I've been told there's a 80 year old chimp in a zoo in Europe.
@@KeegoonBarnacle Nah, humans murder them.
@@KeegoonBarnacleno they do not live nearly aa long in the wild.
they can live 65 on wild and 80 in captivity
I'm actually amazed that the alpha was determined due to the high ranking of his mother. I always thought it was determined through aggression; winner takes all. Also, interesting to see other previous alphas take sides, as opposed to trying to win back the throne. The politics aren't that far off from human politics.
That’s the interesting thing about chimps. It’s not the strongest or best fighter that leads but one with an ability to make alliances. And this is mostly done when a chimp shows affection to lower ranked chimps which makes them gain its trust. Whenever the alpha is under threat the others may intervene and defend the chimp. Sometime it’s not about what you can do but who you know.
@@Uncarnaled same with humans
You ever see those rich peoples kids that act like untouchable assholes? It’s the exact same thing
Many monkey and ape hierarchies are determined by the support and approval of the females. And if a male chimp rises to alpha and terrorizes his group or treats them unjustly, they will eventually be usurped by their troop and knocked down to a much lower rank.
how the hell did I get here
00:58 sheesh...those arms man. Now thats some major gains.
al madame shoukeran ala deyaffa
He’s definitely on the juice 😂
Yeah, chimps are fuckin’ ripped. One single muscle fiber of theirs is at least twice as strong as one of ours.
And that’s all extremely dense chimp muscle not some bloated roided human muscle
1:49 you can hear the old donkey kong noise
There were several clips that were identical to the sounds we hear in hollywood.. apes must not have a whole lot of unique sounds to make.
@@anewman no they add it in there for dramatic effect
I can't believe they played it 3 times in the span of a few seconds. Either the sound editor is just that lazy or fucking with us.
ngl this is me when I’m a young male with alot of ambition
so grooming each other to reinforce the bond is like going to the spa with your girlfriends or doing make overs at a slumber party. haha
I think people should be studying the chimps at the Tama Zoo in Japan., They are a split into two groups in rotation to the outside enclosure. Both groups that consist of many of the same members just different alphas all get along extremely well. Although power has changed hands 3 times in last 5 years there is little to no violence in the group. Even the most stern Alpha of the bunch is best friends with what is on paper the lowest ranking female and both alphas spend large parts of their days playing with the children of the group, fully trusted by the mothers. It is truly something to see.
Thats good. Basically theyve got a community, rather than the alpha male wars.
1:59 the Donkey Kong sound from Mario Kart 64? Blatantly obvious library sound added to the footage. It's a shame the BBC feels the need to tamper with nature footage by adding sound effects that weren't there.
You joking?
That mother seems so wise
If alien anthropologists came to Earth and gave us a bunch of super weird logic tests that everyone said were really lame, would you want to do those instead of hanging out with your friends?
1:46 is this sound real? 😂
AYO was that a default sound at 2:00
that's game of thrones right here!
0:39 that boy has got some pipes, he's like a Human equivalent of a strong ass carpenter
They could probably beat me in Command and Conquer
these are some healthy looking chimps
This was the 2020 presidential debate in a nutshell

My boi Qufzeh living off his mom's clout lol
More civilized than Human Politics. lol
Kinda sad ngl even our ancestors and non-human Brothers have more decency and Nobleness than most world leaders lol.
The only politics I need to see on the news
@Ettoredipugnar What makes you think happiness is purely a human emotion? All animals have emotion. From dogs to chimps. And Chimps do have compassion. Same goes for most Apes. You ever seen the videos of chimps taking care of other animals? Or the Gorrilla taking care of a wounded child? We're not so different from Apes. And these "beasts" don't live by instinct. Politics is rather complex and not instinct. Using or medicine is not instinct.
'In the Game of Thrones either you win or you die'
1:59 we’ve all heard this
oh we are so similar to chimps...
Kindia supporters: 🤡
Qafzeh supporters: 😎 🍆 🍑 💪
KINDIA2024 We shouldn't have elite families in our troop.
Crusader Kings 2 anyone?
@AgrivatedKillah bonobos may be next in line to us as the next dominant species. (they couldn't do a worse job than we did) they already display sophisticated tool use AND keeping the tools they like. AND they've learned to walk upright so they CAN hold on to their favourite tools.
Hangin with the boys.

It looks like HBO Oz. Looks like they are always plotting something just like in the show.
I went to see this in the cinema the other day, one of them speaks in a minute
They snuck chimp sounds from donkey Kong 64 in there I heard that 2:00

This has been a NewsMax presentation
00:14 exactly. 00:56
Didn't know chimps have their own flex zone🤣🤣
It must come as a shock when a higher ranked chimp is knocked down a oeg or two.
Where can I watch a full episode of this?

Kafsey should've beat Kindia when he had the chance.
We see ourselves in these intelligent beings
We are the same kind of animal, with our behavior differing primarily in degree and not kind

Two rules. Large back. Wide. And a tail.

@cronicsmoke1 NO they dont.
And they sort it out down at the Vic over a pint.
Some of those chimps have a real “ear” for violence…
@slitheenplanet Did I in either of my posts say it was right to torture chimps ? Did I say they did not feel pain ?
