    Day three of getting my legs/core stronger! I took a weekend break but am now back! My legs got tired on the last three but I pushed through! You don’t understand how much I appreciate you! It’s amazing to have a UA-camr like you! Since you make workouts for equestrians I’ve been guessing you ride but am not sure…. So do you ride?

      Great job! 👏 I started riding at 10 years old have been active on and off after high school. And it's the 'on and off' part that has made me realize how much fitness, strength and flexibility matters for riding. Every time I have started up again I noticed how much my fitness impacted my seat and stability in the saddle. So I'm on a mission to help other equestrians out there to both realize that connection (if they haven't already) and help them get 'riding fit' 😊💪 Thank you for following the channel! It's small, but I am excited for its future 🤩

      After working so hard once school starts again I will be moving to group lessons! I will be going with a strict instructor but she really helps you get better! And I think it’s great that you are trying to help people get better at riding by showing them exercises! I’m so excited to see how much the exercises help over the week! Two days left till I go to my lessons!

    I try to do one different video one a day, 3 times a week if i can. Finances are hard for me, so being able to do workouts at home whenever I have free time without equipment has been so helpful! I'm really aiming to tone myself a bit, maybe lose a few pounds but also to be a stronger rider for my horse. Your videos have been a big help on guiding me on this journey, thank you! ❤

    How many times a day do you do these exercises to feel them get stronger

      Hi Joanne! My workouts are purposefully short so they can easily fit into a busy equestrian lifestyle, but if you can do them 2 or 3 times you'll increase their effectiveness! It really depends on your goals and circumstances but I hope that helps 😊
