Coach Dave, youre the GOAT.
Great video, thank you for the sharing how you structured the session. Gave me a few more ideas for my own session this weekend
Thank you for this video. Very helpful!
I find the go-pro view too shaky to get ant benefit from but I really like all the explanations you provide.😊
Thank you for the nice comment; I intended for the viewer to feel and view the exercises from the goalkeeper. I completely understand where you are coming from with the shakiness of the GoPro.
thanks you sir
This helps❤
@footballfan2998 Thank you for
And what happens with the rebound? No point practicing a block and leave the rebound as it never happens in a game. And how hard is it to save a ball shoot straight at the body?
@74Walle Thank you for your comment. I understand your concerns. Our training philosophy emphasizes playing out each ball as if in a game. We were working on improving the block and spread save techniques for these exercises by eliminating the fear factor. Training for these moves can be strenuous on the body due to the impact. If you're worried about a ball being struck into you, watch our second video on saving 1v1's. ( Link is below) The key is timing and the distance to slow down the striker. (Braking Distance) The approach to the ball and footwork are crucial, so successfully saving a ball that's struck into your body is a matter of using the proper techniques.
