Barkeepers friend is the best for stainless steel sinks
You don’t need fancy cleaners for your stainless steel sink. I mix flour and salt grains together. Dampen a paper towel and sprinkle the salt mixture over the sink, then just rub in a circular motion. When you’re happy with the results rinse and wipe over with a towel cloth or paper towel. I’ve been cleaning my sink like that for over 50 years and it still sparkles.
Baking soda works good to clean stainless steel. Then freshens the drain as well.
Easy easy way to clean stainless steel sinks is mr clean eraser pads and dawn dishwashing detergent. Rinse.
Maybe you can make a swale to deflect the water or put sandbags along the side up against where the water comes in. Cover them with dirt and plan low shrubs to hold the soil from washing out. Dealing with water is a big pain in the booty.
Thinking out loud... Grab/install some cheap roof rain gutters and down spouts. Connect to 4 inch pvc pipes at the ground- direct pipes far away from the flood areas on lower degree grades. Might help temporarily, until you can regrade. 1 other thing might work too- dig down at the base of your flooding area, (maybe 24 inchs out from the house), fill that trench with bags of dry concrete dust... maybe get the product higher than the foundation and cover with road gravel..👀 or grab some bales of hay/ straw and stack them around.... good luck! ❤J hugs

Good morning Mike, yes that amount of water is unnerving alright. Our old place was across the road from a river and every 12 years or so, it would breach the stopbank. Thankfully it didn't come up to the cottage, but it certainly kept us awake at night. One year, further down the river the same thing happened and people were having to use canoes to get around for about a week. If you didn't have a canoe, you were stuck.
That’s what I have to do, divert the water away from home. My land slopes. Any flat areas on our land we’ve made through the years. All the trenching is done by using a garden hoe. Can’t get much cheaper.I only have to clean them up every so often.

My back door is ground level and the house sunk a little bit so that's where the water wants to go. I dug a garden hoe trench too, and it works.
That sore on waldo's food is likely from a yeast overgrowth from their diet. Cut down on the grains in their diet, that'll help. It would help to change waldo's main food too. He seems more sensitive to wheat. Just a suggestion.💖
I use a stainless steel cleaner in my SS sink after I clean it with soft scrub or borax hand soap. That SS cleaner has a silicon in it that seems to seal the sink and it stays cleaner and and easier to Keep Clean.

I think the addition you are planning is a great idea for more space. How neat that it can be built off site and brought in. Someday I'd love to build a container home , 4 containers, 2 story, spaced parallel to each other with general living in the middle. Just dreaming 😊

My spoiled Sweetpea, she will not eat Milk Bones she wants Duck Treats and chicken breast and such. Oh well I love her. hope the rain stops for you.
Never a good thing to run out of Milk Bones or in my case Cat treats. My little Princess is a very demanding spoiled girl.🐶😺

The rain storm footage you posted on yesterday's video was crazy🫣. When the water comes down at a rate like that, it causes even the most well developed lands to experience storm surge flooding. Glad all is well.

I’m getting those rains over here in west Tenn now, with a85lb baby dog that’s scared of them. I used to have a dachshund who was like that about his milk bones. If I ran out he would break something. Lol I know what you mean about no butt and the phone pulling your britches down
