ALDIs is the budget spot for fruit and veggies. The fruit is great as well! It’s definitely my go to spot for keeping the grocery tab down a bit.
Just had the chance to experience living on my own for the first time. I went to grocery shop and it was such a different experience it felt very nice buying things that I wanted instead of buying things that my family wanted. I love my family, but it's a whole different experience, and I loved it and cooking for yourself child it was just amazing. It's only going to be for like 2 weeks, but that's gonna be enough since I love living with my family, but it's definitely something that is always nice to experience.
I shop at Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, HEB and sometimes Sprouts. Aldi is okay… you’ll find some good organic clean ingredient stuff here and there for an awesome price👍🏾 It’s awesome to see a brother eat healthy, a lot people people think it’s crazy lol.

You’re right when you speak of watermelon and what it does for your body. I go through about 2 to 3 watermelons per week in between eating them and juicing them. They’re so amazing. Though juicing may not be for everyone , It’s definitely for me. I have felt so much healthier since I’ve been juicing. Keep incorporating Christ in your videos. i’ve watched many disciplined vibes typa youtubers before but only after watching you i got the motivation to actually get up and get things done. humbly, i’m a creative dude too, i got many ideas in mind but now i’m finally trying out recording my routines and making it look like a movie, like you said. it ain’t easy tho, it does take time fr. and i did feel similarly about talking about God or many things in general that folks don’t wanna speak up on… it felt like they gon think i’m talking about God to be seen as righteous or holier than thou, i didn’t want that. but i put that mindset aside and don’t care what anybody wanna say or think. i speak so i can benefit others and myself firstly, we gon feel suffocated if we don’t speak up and somebody out there may need to hear what you speak of. so i told myself, don’t be ashamed and be genuine.

i work at aldi and honestly for the diet you have, im not totally sure that we would have e everything you needed. i’m not sure how different the product is in the south but up here we are known for having the best quality produce. the biggest downside to aldi is just our selection and being able to get everything you needed for your diet.

I’m in NC & when I budget, I go to Aldi because they have extremely affordable fruits and veggies. Some fruits are not seeded, so that’s the only thing you have to look out for.

It really does not cost that much when it benefits your health. I like Sprouts Market, Whole Foods, and Erwon which is an organic store, it does cost though. But beneficial to one's health.

I'm from England and do most of my fruit and vegetable shopping at Aldi. If there's a sale on grocery items I need or reasonably priced fruit and vegetable sale, then I'll get stuff from Sainsbury's, Tesco's, Asda (Walmart) and Costco's. I shop around for quality but reasonably priced products....can't get everything in just one place unfortunately.

Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Stop n Shop, and Target mostly.
Def get what I can from Costco but they don't always have the best quality. For my seeded watermelon and baby/burro bananas and certain fruit you can't find just anywhere I go to the little mexican supermarket. Over here in Cali we got one called Vallarta. I'm sure that ain't everywhere, but check out the mexican spots where you at. They usually got some fire fruit you can't get other places. Also Farmers Markets are good to get that fresh local fruit and veg. Not the cheapest but high quality for sure. Always best to consume local. Nutrients in that hit different. Traders is not the spot for me personally.

Typically, I prefer shopping at Trader Joe's, Aldi, Lidl, or Farmer's Market, especially if there's one in your area. You can find fresh produce at a more affordable price there, and I highly recommend it.

FARMERS Markets are the best and eat seasonal if your buying pineapple in December can’t be mad it’s 10 dollars 🤷🏽♀️🤣 I do not have sprouts or Kroger in NYC it’s Whole Foods Weigmans and Trader Jose’s is the BEST for organic apples pears you can get a bag for like 399 or less even the organic celery and cucumbers I shop Trader Joe’s first then the other stores after

So true! You get more for what you pay for, especially when it comes to eating healthy but regardless, food has gotten expensive. I just feel like when it’s your health, it matters if people can go the healthy route. Thank God my health is good. I go to Trader Joe’s for flowers, snacks, and the vibes - I love the customer service lol. I shop at Whole Foods and sprouts too, and yes it is expensive😅 but so worth it imo. I’ll be trying a new grocery store called lidl soon.

i live in VA and shop at aldis it’s great food a semi healthy store for cheaaaaaappp pay less then $70 for everything i need for the week which is like 3 meals a day

Go to an international farmers market! When I juice fast or eat plant based that’s where I go. You can get all types of fruits and veggies at very affordable prices. In ATL u got Nam dae mun, Dekalb farmers market, King Kong, H-mart etc y’all welcome!
Lidl has great fruit and veggies on a budget. They are also great for variety. I got to Publix for some things and Whole Foods for mushroom varieties.

I use Kroger because I pay for the delivery. I will go to Publix to pick up more fruit. Bought avocados once from Aldi and they were ripe but didn't seem too ripe. They were no good the next day so I never bought produce there again.
I use to go to sprouts to shop for produce with my family and I loved it but now I shop at ALDIs and it’s so affordable! If I had a sprouts nearby I would definitely get my produce from there vs Aldi

I went to sprouts yesterday and got some fruit, jars and roses for myself and spent $65 theirs a little higher but It’s so peaceful in there it’s laid out well and convenient so I don’t mind at all but I also love shopping at Trader Joe’s too

I LOOOVE Aldi. I’m a big candy lover and I actually crave their fruit for something sweet. I remember one time I was craving sour straw candy and I had yellow mangos from Aldi and it literally satisfied my cravings for sour straws. I could never go back to Walmart and Target to get fruit

trader joe’s is the best place for Good n cheap produce. aldi is ok, you just have to get there early. plus, i don’t trust where they get their produce. sprouts is my favorite but they’re a little pricey, same with whole foods. i haven’t tried lidl yet.
