I always love when you go to the beach!! Used to be how I spent Saturdays with my Dad in the summer. We'd buy watermelon and pears, and just have fun. The beach always brought out my Dad's inner kid! Also, sleeping with the fan on nightly can cause colds/congestion-especially with a low immune system or bad sinuses. I was sleeping like that and got sick too. Had to switch to an air purifier at night for the noise. Hope you're feeling better!

Presidente Supermarket's avocados are very juicy, slightly sweet and creamy when they are ripe. I had tried some organic ones from Publix and those avocadoes could not compare.

You could be getting sick bc you arent cleaning your fruit properly. Just because it's organic doesnt exempt it from being cleaned properly prior to consuming it. The thought of the dirty hands&all things dirty touching your fruit 🤢. Respect.
There is alot of misinformation out there about organic foods and 1 thing that I learned from working at a healthy grocery store is that in order for anything to truly be 100% organic the people who handle the food must use special gloves and sterilized equipment to handle it or else it becomes conventional (ordinary). When ppl are shopping in produce and touching all over organic foods it immediately makes it non organic. So ppl have to be careful with getting caught up in the idea of organic vs non-organic

so, yes. I agree. if one were to not use sterile gloves, water, equipment, and tools to handle/package the products/food items then they would undoubtedly be non-sterile. this is a serious concern in fields like research where everything has to he sterilized in a controlled environment to maintain the integrity of samples collected and thus data retrieved following a series of tests.
in terms of food, greater levels of sterilization isn’t taken as seriously, though it could be. but that doesn’t negate the organic methods used to produce it nor the organic matter that makes up the product/food. likely because it’s not as big a necessity since humans (like other animals) eat food from the actual dirt such as potatoes.
if those potatoes were grown without the help of pesticides, chemicals, and such then those potatoes are basically organic.

Hi Phil, lve found flushing the eyes with salt water 2 to 3 times a day helps a lot. Use sea salt or just get I to the ocean twice a day for a week. This will also will also help to clear out your sinuses at the same time.
