I am currently going trough a master mode summoner infernum playtrough and I just gave up on skeletron, killed slime god and only after that did I kill skeletron, that fight is just objectively harder than the slime god one.

Adrenaline is a 3x multiplier. Unlike Rage, Adrenaline can be boosted with other items to get a 3.45x multiplier.
If you use both together, at minimum, it's a 4.05x multiplier and at max, a 4.66x multiplier. There is no spo- double damage.

I did a playthrough of terraria infernum, expert, revenge mode, and let me tell you it was pain, the profaned guardians took 100+ attempts and the way I like to play is to prepare as much as it is possible, all potions, the best possible weapon, the best possible equipments. Dragoon if you don't want to quit yet another terraria run I beg of you to download mods such as alchemist lite and magic storage, watch a few videos of terraria QOL mods, the calamity wiki has a lot of information and even full class setups that guide you every step of the way. This of course if you haven't already finished playing and is now just doing the editing.

Infernum Skeletron is undoubtedly hard, but I find that he makes for an amazing bullet-hell skillcheck, since being able to dodge swarms of projectiles in quick succession while attacking at the same time becomes extremely important in hardmode and beyond.

The best item for dodging does not drop from the eye, the counter scarf (calamity mod) is sold by the normal merchant npc and allows you to dodge and gives invincibility during the dodge.
