VERY helpful. We thought the little brushes needed to be unscrewed and had such a hard time then we saw you just pull em off.. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Excellent video and great assistance!
You got a video of removing that entire bottom cover? My shark says one of the side brushes is obstructed and it is indeed hard to spin as opposed to the other.
Hello, I too am one of those that lost one of those little metal spring loaded clips that you screw onto post to attach the spinner brush. Do you know where I can get one? THANK YOU!!!
So, I've been getting the error message that the side brush is stuck. I can actually take the brushes off easily. I spray some compressed air and either put on a new brush or put the old brushes back on if they're still in good enough condition. It just seems that one side brush is harder to spin than the other. What's the fix?
I need the answer as well on those brushes not spinning and it throws an error. I’ve replaced both spinner brushes but it still stops spinning and throws an error. How do we fix that issue?
MY shark robot RV1002AE has 1 brush with 3 bristles / 1 tri brush with short brushes.. The one with the 3 brushes, there is only 1 brush head. IT misses dust bunnies. . How can I change this featire? It NEEDS 2 brushes. Can the be corrected??
I need help... I neglected to watch the video before removing old brushes....and , of course I lost the little retaining clips. How may I buy a pair of these?
