I have a r7 model. It’s old but works well still. However, both of my side brushes spin equally slow, I took them off thinning there would be pet hair but it’s clean. Any reason why they’re both slow?

I have a Shark IQ where it stops after moving 5 feet with an error code 2, and tells me to look underneath for an obstruction. Nothing there. App says to look to see if there is something wrong with the front caster. That spins and rotates fine. So I called in, the woman had me futz with the side brushes. They ended up shipping me a new robot. But I'd like to fix the old one.
