    Hi! Anyone had tried adding lemon juice + zest to this recipe? Am thinking of making almond yoghurt lemon cake out of this original recipe coz the texture looks divine! Just a lazy lady trying to have a short cut to nice recipes 😂

    I’m trying it now, still baking I’m hoping it comes out right. I didn’t have stevia but added cane sugar.

    In what moment i should add the blueberries? I could not see it in the video. Thank you for share the recipe 😊

      You can add them after pouring in the batter or mix the blueberries with the batter and pour in the mould. Either works. Thank you

    can monk fruit be used and frozen blueberries...don't have access to fresh at this time.

    How much butter did you add, typo is not clear, is it 1/3 cup?

    Can I use greek yogurt? Or just plain yogurt?

      I used full fat yoghurt. You can definitely use Greek yoghurt for this. Enjoy 👍🏽

      The liquid consistency of kefir will not work for this recipe unfortunately.

      No. This quantity will probably make 1 regular size loaf pan. I used 2 mini ones

      Any type of sweetener or diet sugar you have will be okay

      You can use allulose also. From a health shop. Anything is better than sugar
