    Hello Doctor..I suffer from anxiety and tension when I face a problem. My body trembles, my heartbeat increases, and I feel difficult to speak. . I tried beta-blockers and my condition improved a lot..but I suffer from bronchiectasis and phlegm, which negatively affected my health..Are there nutritional supplements or herbs that work like beta-blockers?

    My opinion
    Please cut Factory food, animal food, strictly no sugar or less simple carb.
    Keep your stomach empty for 12-14hrs.
    Avoid toxic environments.
    Please check your health and mental state before start any physical activity like gym, yoga, breathing exercises because they can worse situation more.
    If you think there is nothing left in your life just don't do any action influence your brain or society just work and eat and let timepass because some problem only time can cure.

    No,, sorry... Your subject iso intimately connected with yoga and chitta.. your lecture has mostly obliterated this terminology which needs to be given prioritiey .. Another thing is about split or infringed 21:57 personality. In this one always tries to show himself english knowing and sophisticated one...and thus he uses jargon like language... Ignoring simple Sanskrit verbosity. Is chief reason of seretinoin deficiency... This is modern syndromes found in educated people...as if born European...
