Wind is a major factor. The bottle just behind the down tube will stay cooler much longer than the bottle infront of the seat stay. I have used Podium ice for several years so lang that the exterior plastic is cracking. I started to use the Podium Chill bottles for a month or so. they do hold 3 oz. more than the podium ice but they lose their ice much faster. I ride for 2 hours a day average seed is about 20 mph sunny or not the podium ice keeps the water cold. The Podium Chill is ok for cooler days below 70 degrees. All the ice will melt even on cool days. Get the Podium ice and you will be happy you did. Try another test with a fan blowing on them and see the results. Should be interesting.
Thank You for your expirement.... it's the exact info I was looking for and I am happy with the different choices and having a 'normal' water bottle to compare.
I would definitely pick the camelback podium ice bottle over any-other water bottle because the camelback podium Ice water bottle won the ice bottle heat test
Problem is when you’re riding you don’t want hard metal and your teeth to collide unless you enjoy going to the dentist. One bump and boom your grill ain’t feeling to well.

I don't know why this has so many thumbs down. It's an effective experiment in a short video.
My thoughts exactly :)
