Do the Rivals have a Space Rig? (or multiple?)

I always thought the rivals were setting up a base far _below._ But, I failed to notice the phase bombs were teleporting in from _above,_ so…

Since the Rivals have the teleportation technology, I think they have teleporters to spawn phase bombs by a caretaker/nemesis call.

I feel like the phaze bomb arnt coming from a stellar object but rather just from higher up in the crust
