That is a great idea. Wolverine has had wide rounded claws, long straight, and bone off the top of my head. They could also do some red hot glowing adamantium ones, as if they were heated up.
Marc Silvestri's/ Grant Morrison's Wolverine from New Xmen is fantastic. That yellow top with jeans was great in its simplicity, Specially with Marc's art.

It lacked the mask, but it was a nice modern look for him Astonishing X Men suit: Looks similar to his classic look, but there are extra "black trim" designs on it and the blue is a shade darker. He also has new shaped shoulder pads Patch: A ridiculous look, but it was one of Logan's alternate identities and he used this for quite a while. He wore an eyepatch and regular flannel X Force: It was like his classic, but the blue and yellow are traded for grey and black. He also had red eyes. Wolverine looked terrifying in this suit Mutant Massacre suit: This was a short lived suit that was his classic, except the costume was shredded, had no mask, and his hair was long and overgrown from hiding so much. He also was older as this wolverine was from the future Finally, The Beastly suit: This suit is more of just wolverine being shirtless and no pants. His hair was like a lion's mane and his teeth were razor sharp. This appearance is from wolverine having his adamantium ripped from his body by magneto, driving him insane

This will sound random as fuck, but I had the sickest dream last night where I was fighting a zombie horde straight out of World War Z on a rooftop with 4 different versions of Wolverine, they all looked like Hugh Jackman, him as Oldman Logan and X24 from the Logan film, Age of Apocalypse Wolvie with one hand, and classic Wolvie with a Katana from the Wolverine, it was so intense.
I’m set on just the blue and yellow design that Wolverine is most known for cause it’s already my favorite design for the character and most of the redesigns it’s had over the years just keep improving on it in my opinion and we know that suit and the classic orange suit are shoe-ins, they’re almost always in every game Wolverine is in so it’s very hard to imagine it not happening. That said if we do get a cel-shaded version based on the animated series I think that might be my most used costume in the game, I didn’t consider that one til seeing this video, holy hell. I think that’s my most wanted now, lol.

Personally he needs a damaged look, like battle has just happen d and he's torn to pieces. Have some adamantium showing, maybe even on his face. Then if you do the James Howlett look from the films, add the buckle. That's what we need with films... And yes, definitely the Yellow and Brown suit or Evolution suit is perfect. Weapon X is a must, from the comics though. Could you imagine if they did a little love for Deadpool with a suit or even a shirt with some Deadpool incorporated into it. I haven't been so excited to see a game being made since Arkham Knight and Spiderman PS4. Oh, how bout a jungle camo with a kinda war feel to it.
One of my biggest desires for the game is that they'd definitely let him visit following locations (Take note Marvel, Sony and Insomniac): The Canadian Rockies, Japan, NY (throw in 'a reference to/or cameo by' Peter or Miles or let him bump into Venom even...) 'AND' The Savage Land (let'm brawl with a Rex and team up with Ka-Zar). The other that they leave us freely to retract and extract his claws at will. Perhaps even let this influence his health, e.g. that having his claws out very slowly drains health or somthing along that line (Like in the 1993 video game X-men for the Sega genesis). Video game wise to me it seems like a nice handicap to counter balance to his indestructibality.

X-Men Evolution was so gooood! All the suits so far are my favorite!

So Wolverine is basically gonna be like Days Gone except no guns, no zombies and you are Wolverine. Sign me up.
I think what will also add to that dark, gritty, mature tone, is the Marvel Zombies Wolverine Suit
I’m set on just the blue and yellow design that Wolverine is most known for cause it’s already my favorite design for the character and most of the redesigns it’s had over the years just keep improving on it in my opinion and we know that suit and the classic orange suit are shoe-ins, they’re almost always in every game Wolverine is in so it’s very hard to imagine it not happening.
That said if we do get a cel-shaded version based on the animated series I think that might be my most used costume in the game, I didn’t consider that one til seeing this video, holy hell. I think that’s my most wanted now, lol.

Personally he needs a damaged look, like battle has just happen d and he's torn to pieces. Have some adamantium showing, maybe even on his face. Then if you do the James Howlett look from the films, add the buckle. That's what we need with films... And yes, definitely the Yellow and Brown suit or Evolution suit is perfect. Weapon X is a must, from the comics though. Could you imagine if they did a little love for Deadpool with a suit or even a shirt with some Deadpool incorporated into it.
I haven't been so excited to see a game being made since Arkham Knight and Spiderman PS4.

I'd love the animated series suit to be in the game like the classic 90's animated series suit and the X-Men Evolution suit that would be very cool
One of my biggest desires for the game is that they'd definitely let him visit following locations (Take note Marvel, Sony and Insomniac):
The Canadian Rockies, Japan, NY (throw in 'a reference to/or cameo by' Peter or Miles or let him bump into Venom even...) 'AND' The Savage Land (let'm brawl with a Rex and team up with Ka-Zar).
The other that they leave us freely to retract and extract his claws at will.
Perhaps even let this influence his health, e.g. that having his claws out very slowly drains health or somthing along that line (Like in the 1993 video game X-men for the Sega genesis).
Video game wise to me it seems like a nice handicap to counter balance to his indestructibality.
Ok the Wolverine suit that should add is the X force, fang, ultimate, Alex Ross prototype Wolverine costume, powerless Wolverine, X men uniform, future past comic, and motorcycle jacket

Small edit: For me, replace the Age of Apocalypse suit with the Ultimate Wolverine suit. I liked that tactical look to it. Also, his goatee lol
