The truth is that if there is even a war out there or some coronavirus outbreak, you wouldn't have the peace of mind to get in the pool and enjoy it. People have been preparing for the apocalypse or war for hundreds of years, across the world there are abandoned bunkers everywhere. And no one has ever moved into them. Imo, bunkers are a novelty, the corporations and the powerful people who run the world could not afford to let civilization fall, how would they live their life of luxury if they couldn't keep the sheep producing wool?
I think he means just to be able to live in it you need 1.5 to 3 million dollars, not actually own the entire facility. That facility all together is probably worth more than 20 million USD.

Think about it. If you can afford to live in one of these when all hell breaks loose, then you'll likely be able to get on a private jet or know someone who has one to get you there quickly. People have been preparing for the apocalypse or war for hundreds of years, across the world there are abandoned bunkers everywhere. And no one has ever moved into them. Imo, bunkers are a novelty, the corporations and the powerful people who run the world could not afford to let civilization fall, how would they live their life of luxury if they couldn't keep the sheep producing wool?

Think about it. If you can afford to live in one of these when all hell breaks loose, then you'll likely be able to get on a private jet or know someone who has one to get you there quickly. Not the doomsday part, but this is how I see part of the world being like when overpopulation becomes a huge issue. Underground houses instead of above ground, underground malls, clubs.
