Just wanted to add- Martina from Makeup Geek suggests Colourpop as well. She’s seen their labs and workers and approves it. I am really careful about where my makeup is made and how the ingredients are sourced, so that’s important to me.😊
I am obsessed with Colourpop. The majority of my palettes are from them because their colors are gorgeous, the pigment load is outstanding, and the formula is so nice. Colourpop is also high quality and affordable while also being cruelty free. That is a huge reason why I love them.

I find it more important to have a ultra fine eyebrow penicil because i have FULL brows. I only need a tiny bit of perfecting and it can easily become way too much and look crazy overdone. I like everything to be natural looking even when i want to be done up. Love the recommendations ❤❤❤ xoxox
Ok, I went to Ulta this morning and bought the Elf Wow Brow. I have Alopecia and use Latisse which has started eyebrow and lash regrowth. I used it as soon as I got home and what a difference. I also picked up the last Carmel Color Stay. This will be my summer 100 degree mainstay.
I absolutely love hearing makeup artists share their favorite products at any price but all affordable is just a huge added bonus. Love this series💛🙌

Would you be able to do a video on affordable makeup tools? Or ones worth spending the money? My biggest struggle with buying the "right one" is an eye lash curler - I have short, dead straight lashes just can't find the right curler. I've already tried 4 different ones of varying price points with no luck.
Any (preferably affordable) recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
Never had my eyebrows waxed or have I over tweezed them over the years I’m 47 and I have no brows left a couple light hairs on the right side I have to just guess and draw them on daily it’s a struggle I love your video on affordable makeup being at a very low poverty level it’s really great for me so thanks ❤

I need a cool gray color from elf brow wow. I’m 57 with sparse gray brows. The black is too dark and the others show reddish on my brows. I use Benefit gimmie brow in grey. So good.the NYX brow pens and pencils👩🏻🍳😚❤ .
Revlon cream shadows are my favorite shimmer shadows I love Caramel, Praline, and Espresso.

I love the brow gels from Elf. I think drugstore brands, need to add more color and shade ranges for brow products. I heard most lipsticks, eyeshadows, blushes, mascaras, and etc… get manufactured in the same factories with combinations of the department and drugstore brands. Which means sometimes, you’re basically paying more money just for the brand names.

Shout out to LA Girl Pro Mastery 16 color eyeshadow palette for $ 14.99 at CVS. I consistently use 6 of the colors and I will buy other palettes and keep coming back to this one.
Shout out to Wet n Wild color icon 10 color eyeshadow pallet in Call me Sunshine. I use 3 to 4 of the colors.
Shout out to Essence Coral me Maybe 6 color eyeshadow pallet. I only use 2 to 3 colors but the most natural look for me.

Hi, Nikki, I have monolids and I have a hard time with doing makeup because of it. I call it " Asian eyes" cause my eyelids don't go up like everyone else's and I dont wear makeup much because of it. Can you give me tip on how to wear eyeshadow for people with monolids please?

The only request/suggestion I might have is that when you are sharing the products that if you're not "doing your makeup" where we actually get to see the product used - Could you possibly at least do a swatch on your arm? You did it w/a few of the Colorpop Supershock shadows at the beginning of the video - which was awesome... & it seemed like you were almost gonna show us the e.l.f. Liquid Metallic Eyeshadow....you had the applicator out....seemed like u were about to swatch....& then wha, wha, wha - you put the applicator back in the bottle - no swatch & went on to the next - Lol! But seriously, I realize it would be more work & obviously you don't have to swatch every/all products but eyeshadow, pencil liner & maybe highlighter or lipstick would be nice! Alright, that's enough of me trying to make more work for you - but thanks for hearing me out & thanks again for a great video....♥

I want to see a luxury video nothing but the best full face, I don't really care for drugstore I mean I have found a few Jem's (favs) but that's not really my thing and it also seems like drugstore is creaping way up in price anyways and half the time it looks like a makeup graveyard in drugstores near me .
I am not putting down drugstore people can love what they love I just personally get excited about good pretty luxury makeup even if I have to save up for a product that's super expensive. It gives me joy lol unless I spent a ton of money and hate it.

That NYX brow pen and ELF wow brow are 2 of the only 5 drugstore products I own in my pretty extensive make up collection. I’m definitely a high-end and luxury girl, but those two products are amazing!!
When you aren’t paying a lot for your eye makeup, you can dispose of them with impunity if they are in expiration territory

I love this series idea! I have the elf wow brow & the nyx lift & snatch & love them both. The wow brow is great for covering the few white hairs sprinkled amongst the brown. 😊 Thanks for the mini-tutorials. ❤

Bh Cosmetics eyeshadows beat Colourpop. You should try them! The are are many stunners in the travel series, 16 pan palettes.
In particular, the shimmers are shiny, opaque and smooth, and very long wearing. Colourpop often has chunky eyeshadows, or metallics (wich are pretty) that dont last long withouth tlc. The mattes are always pigmented and blendable; Colourpop sometimes has drier, more inconsistent mattes along the more buttery, pigmented ones. It depends in the CP palette.
I love the color pop pallets so much! They have such a huge variety and the colors are so gorgeous. I have a muted, warm, and light complexion and the “wild nothing” pallet is so great. I absolutely love your content Nikki! You are such a good teacher. I feel like you’ve helped me improve my makeup skills more than any other UA-camr. You’re right up there with Lisa Eldridge! 💘🤍💓

Good quality products! I use the ELF Brow Wow in Neutral Brown and the ColourPop eyeshadow palette in Of Quartz. Both products were recently recommended by another makeup artist/influencer too.
The Wet n Wild breakup proof liquid eyeliner doesnt budge either. I messed up the tip in putting the cap back in, so something to be careful of.

I've been loving Colourpop's super shocks lately (actually wearing "frog" as I speak). Colourpop is currently having a sale right now. A lot of super shocks are around $5. Unfortunately the pallet and SS I want are out.

Agreed in reference to the Super Shock shadows and Colourpop formula. They are so phenomenal and budget friendly. I just ordered some off of their website and am excited to use them. I also just got in Ritz and Stone Cold Fox today. Very excited.

You are the best! Your authenticity and sincerity shines through! I love the NYX brow pen!!! It has the finest, softest tip . I have to use it with a lightest , feathery touch and it mimics brow hair without looking thick. Could u recommend an eyeshadow primer for mature crepey eyes to even out discoloration?

I ONLY use drugstore for my brows. No need to go high end IMO! My go-tos are the elf instant life brow pencil ($3!), LA girl shady slim brow pencil, NYX brow pen, and NYX thick it stick it brow gel. I use them all in different combos and situations and am never without them.

Nikki, I have platinum silver hair and my brows are tricky. I love Benefit Cosmetics Brow products because they make a cool grey brow product which looks great with my hair (browns just do not cut it anymore and taupe turns red on me). II tried the Elf Wow and really love the formula but the color is just not that great. I have purchased the NYX brow products in Grey but do not love them. Do you have any other recommendations for us Silver Hair Girls? BTW, you are quickly becoming my favorite UA-camr.
