- Welcome back, Richest fans! Back in 2017, the greatest love story of the modern age took shape. Kanye West fell head over heels with the U.S state of Wyoming. Soon, he began spending more and more time in the Cowboy State. By 2019, he took the plunge and purchased the Monster Lake Ranch Resort for millions of dollars. Not long after, he splashed out a further fortune on the Bighorn Mountain Ranch. Today, we’re going to look at all the details of these purchases and what the rapper plans to do with the land. On top of that, we’ll examine West’s commercial lease for the fashion brand, Yeezy.
Now for the spoiler paragraph. If you like surprises, we suggest you stop reading and watch the video multiple times. We kick off by looking at the history of Kanye West in the state of Wyoming. Then, we dive into the Monster Lake Ranch Resort. After changing the name of it to the West Lake Ranch, West has even referred to it as the Yeezy Campus. We’ll see all the features the estate had when he bought it, as well as the construction projects that have happened there since. We’ll then see the leased facilities for the Yeezy brand in the town of Cody. Next is the Bighorn Mountain Ranch that’s even bigger than the West Lake Ranch! The previous owners even installed a sauna and two heated helicopter pads on the land! Finally, we’ll briefly look at the most expensive ranch sale in history by the billionaire and owner of many sports teams, Stan Kroenke.

I’ve been out there in Wyoming and it is spectacular Beautiful!!.. mountains for days and open Land. I’ve been near Kanye estate like driving through the Area that was close to it by 2hours drive. Because I drive semi-tractor trailer trucks. And I see why he choose to live out there and coming from the same city he is from it is amazing!!!! Omg! All through Wyoming and the neighboring states omg! When I first started driving out there I said “ I know where I want to live at now “ Wyoming! Lol.. first it was Colorado then Utah, Wyoming and Idaho and the last was Montana! Omg. Coming from Chicago and then Iowa living there for years. These places are mannn beautiful and quite just mountains for days as you start from Nebraska and go west through Colorado up til Montana omg you will never take your eyes off the mountains. But the best place I would pick would be Idaho, Wyoming and Montana. But Idaho is #1. I’ll be bacc driving OTR: “over the road” real soon and I’m going with a company that’s based out there. And get me and apt./Condo near the mountains and live/love life and the view with just piece no shootings of guns from Chicago and killings. I really see why Kanye moved out there! You don’t have all the hassle and bullsh!t of the world and media. It’s just you and life living.
The weather in that state is crazy.
