    I was a HS athlete in the 90s. I seriously wish youtube was around back then.... to just be able to pull a video for tips and pointers would have done wonders for me

    Excellent. This video has everything that I've been searching for my kids: A good explanation, great, simple excercises, consideration for those that has no access to high-end gyms (even more here in latin america), and the importance of attitude on young athletes.       Chris, I am a father of a 9th-grade player. I have the same question. How often should I have my son do these things. Would this be something he should do every day on top of his team conditioning and workouts?

      As a guy trying to create workout regiments, I would separate by explosive/strength days. Squats are usually on explosive days because you work to explode off the line, the push and pull on strength due to it being more of a strength developer, etc.

      Dude DBs always gets love linemen don’t it’s rare to see a linemen videos and DBs are so easy to find

    Has anyone used the Episoketren System to increase your soccer game? Just simply do a google search. On there you'll find a great guidelines about how you can improve your soccer technique. Why not give it a chance? perhaps it is going to work for you too.
