I had been struggling week after week to get my 9015e working since it bricked itself, but HP seemed to always be one clever step ahead of me. When the printer managed to stymie every attempt to print with refilled carts, I relented and bought a set of HP carts. However, the new expensive genuine carts wouldn't print. That was it, for me. I returned the "new" carts for a refund, and after searching fruitlessly for a recycling service, i found just enough space in my garbage bin for an HP 9015 printer. I cheered as the garbage truck swallowed it, dumping HP forever out of my life. I'm now using brand E and life is much more relaxed.
Just a used a variation of the cleaner kit, and my 9015 is now printing like new! Awesome solution, I was initially thinking I would have to look into buying a new print head, or worse, a new HP Printer! Thank you so much, sometimes the solution is a...solution. ;)
Thanks for the video! Really appreciate it. However once I reinstalled I am now getting errors that the cartridges are not genuine or the printer head is not detected. Thoughts?
Even th0ught this video was shot 4 years ago. It was great to watch cause i have the same printer with the same problem. So i guess my next stop is amazon to order me a cleansing kit. LOL
Hello Brandon.. I have exact model.. Unused for 1 year. Now when I am installing new cartridges getting a message “ There is a problem with the supply system. Try replacing affected cartridge with a different, non empty, cartridge. - I tried to clean the header but no luck. Is this cartridge issue or printer issue? Can you please help fix this.
I will be trying this out as one of my cartridges isn't working...but seriously...a 2 minute introduction? dude...you could have put a lot of that information at the end. I almost stopped watching and moved on to a different video. Good thing my patience wasn't short today.
I have a HP 9015 printer. The black print smudges or fades out in the same place (top left and other spots) but is fine in most spots. You think it's a printhead cleaning problem? Also, I went to the link you provided and that cleaning kit does not say 9015 printers. Is there a different link? Thanks.
I have a question if for example i dont have the color cartridge i only have black and need to print something can i use it with only the black cartridge, i have an epson now and it won't allow me to and I'm looking for other printers because of that issue and other issues
Hey hope all is well I have this printer and its not making it pass the printer alignment test process and a strange sound is coming from the scanner part. Any ideas what it may be?
When you cleared your last jam, a piece of the sheet tore off and that piece is actuating a switch in the paper path so you have to find it and remove it carefully. Always SLOWLY pull a jammed paper so it comes out in one piece and you don't get a small piece still stuck inside. So now let's try - Unplug your printer - remove the cassette where you load the paper - tilt the printer up and with a flashlight look into the rollers where the paper would leave the cassette and start its journey into the printer - if you can see a piece of paper try removing it with medical tweezers ( looks like scissors but with needle nose pliers ). If you can't see any paper then put the printer back down in a normal flat position and open the front door like your going to change an ink cartridge - with your flashlight look into the printer and see if you can spot a small piece of paper and try to remove it. If you still can't see a piece of paper , you might have knocked the switch out of position or the piece is small and sitting right on the switch. In this case see if you can find any info on the internet to show you how to take apart the printer to access the paper path. You've got nothing to loose so give it a try. Good luck. oops... I forgot one thing - if your front door doesn't fully close properly , it won't reset the jam.

How many color ports does one Best Printer Cleaning kit service?
All colors, as long as you use 10 ml at a time, which is a sufficient amount per color.
The top easily lifts up - to provide access to the print head.
Nice!
Hi Do you know where I can find the spring for the right side of the printer tray? I can send a pic. Thank you!
You may be able to find it on eBay.
@@BestPrinters Thank you, I'll take a look

Yes the 9015 is compatible, this sounds like a roller has ink on it. If that is the case you can clean the roller.
Is the 8035 Product no 3UC66A removable head as well?? Appreciate your input

The rollers may be worn.
The "test page" only prints out using blue ink for the HP Logo and the rest is black text. Where/Is there is a "multi color" test page?
Will warm water work (when you run out of cleaning solution)?
I was wondering that too
Why can't you use old ink again? why is this a problem?
The old ink is what caused the problem most likely.
My print head is stuck yo tthe right. I cannot get it out or get it to move.
The printer may be done.
hi buy a new ink and at the time of placing it does not recognize it and looks as if the new ink is empty, I can do this process and put the new ink
Yes you can.
