It seems on this similar printer model 8035E- it works only with colors but no black ink is working? Only a pool of ink spillage on the right bottom corner of printer. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks.
WOW..... I can't thank you enough. I have been having trouble with no color printing for 6 months and I only had it for 8 months so I got to have color printing for 2 months. HP would not help me at all. It was a total hassle and I was about to chunk this printer out when I saw your video. PRESTO.....I can print in color now. Great Job!!! Thank you so much!

So we bought brand new ink and before we watched your video hp kept telling us to clear the printhead . The printer is saying there is no ink in color even though color has never ever printed . Any thoughts ?
I bought a HP 8035 in early September, 2021. I printed a few pages in the beginning everything was fine. Afterwards basically i did not use any printing service. On Friday (Jan 14, 2022) I needed to print something however I found the Magenta color did not show up - for sure the ink is almost full. I saw this video and immediately bought the cleaning kit from Amazon. Today I tried the process as this video shows, unfortunately my HP 8035 still does not print the Magenta color .... Frustrating.

Replacing each one of them costs a sh*tload of money if you buy 4 new ink cartridges. I have a comment: I already know how much ink is in each cartridge because the HP Smart App shows me that information I have two questions: 1. why can't you just shake each cartridge and if you hear the ink swishing around inside then you know the ink is not dried out? 2. I am a subscriber of HP instant ink and once I am running low they send me new cartridges. Is the easiest way to run your cartridges down to empty just to keep printing stuff? If I run them down I'll get 4 new cartridges in the mail then I can use your cleaning products and replace my cartridges with new ones.
How do you get the cartridges to move to the center? Mine seem to be stuck over on the right side. Also getting event code 71.02.4A We used the printer daily for a long time then stopped using it for a while. When we tried to use it again, the error message came up, it won't print and the cartridges are stuck over to the right.
So I have a brand new printer and the ink cartridges are like 80%+ full still. We print like once a week and this just started happening... and its all the colors that seem to be not working at once. Would you think I already had to do this even though its only like a month and a half old? Thanks for any help
@@BestPrinters Thanks for the reply. Craziest thing, it just all started working again. No idea what the reason behind it was. I did nothing but treat it like a paperweight for a month and a half. highly recommend to anyone else having a similar issue
Its windex cleaner is all it is and about 99% of the time its only going to make your printhead worse. Printeheads on these printers are not desighned for water, chemicals.

have exact same printer as in video. Bought the kit. Cleaned as prescribed. BUT noticed on the far right side below the track the head is on a pool of solution and old ink. put paper towel in there to mop it up. What's that about??? No mention in video of that occurring!

make sure the cartridges are full of ink you can shake them. That is the way to check manually.

the 8035 seldom clogs. As i said before, flushing a printhead almost never works. Maybe your using generic ink.
I spent hours with HP support only to be told that the printhead was toast. Buy a new printer. SO AGGRAVATING. Only the yellow isn’t printing. Ugh

See if you can get it replaced under warranty.
It most liley has a broken gear inside. Throw it away and buy a new printer.

Oof then it probably means there is a issue with the printer’s internals. You would need a new printer

Hi, Google will have the answer. i am not sure honestly.
It needs a new printhead. No flushing or cleanung will work.

my problem continues, the blue color prints it pink and clean and everything changed to new ink
I have same issue. Worked with HP agent to no avail. Did you resolve your issue?
My printer is stuck ! It turns on and then it goes into a blue screen flashing with a code I think. B8493C68

Try running a printhead cleaning through your maintenance section. If that doesnt work then yes you will want to use the Best Printers cleaning kit.

The cleaning fluid is made so there is no damage to the electrical components and it drys faster.

Yes it is a good printer and you are not likely to see mechanical problems most printers see just because of how it is built.
