    Mercedes and Volkswagen lights frequently have the white plastic gears and connecting rods on the exterior of the housing to connect the adjusters to the projector adjustments inside the housing. Have you figured out how to remove those?

      it is externally attached to the light. It is not part of the internal components.

    You don't have to narate everything you do, if I can recommend something you could power up some of the projectors before you take them apart it would add more to the video a bench power supply it's pretty cheap

      I do the testing videos separately from the tear downs. Headlights like this cannot be bench tested. They require multiple vehicle modules communicating with each other through canbus, 12v input is not enough/can damage the unit.

      @@hedgehogthesonic3181look at them? Have you ever had an obdii scanner and looked at how complex the canbus system is in a car? These lights are no different

      All these headlights have to do is shine light and a calculated distance and location of the headlight, these modules are not needed for that, these engineers are just making it more complex for no logical reason. @@j2ballybatty
