forgot the sound deadening in the passenger doors. Give the doors a knock from the outside and compare it to the drivers side. You miss not having it there as you drive it.
If it makes any difference, I’ve been watching since the beginning of your channel and I will admit I noticed your hair looking way better than it did. I actually used you as an example when I was telling a friend about keeps.

The “Platinum Plus” panels are very good quality, in the UK they are insurance approved replacements for OE panels, they are also TUV certified and used by a lot of body shops

I watch Jared's every episode and even with the editor speeding through the scene and I see Jared gorilla handling interiors parts, dude 2 more minutes could save you 15% or more on your costs

I don’t know if it gets resolved later on in the video, but why are there S63 exhaust tips in the rear instead of S65? A S65 is deserving of those small but very cool details!

@@amazin7006 So the tips of the S63 are two separate tips, but on the S65 it’s one block with a small wall in the middle as like a support. It’s one of the small details that makes a S65

Looks great, only thing I’d change is the chrome (might be silver) mesh at the bottom of the front bumper, seen these with black mesh and they look a lot smarter and more aggressive

It's honestly so great to see this S65 get properly repaired, it seems like so few AMGs get this treatment because they depreciate so rapidly but this is one serious machine and it deserves it. Also, I can't understand how the past body shop thought that trying to manually shape fenders, doors and quarter panels out of bondo/filler would be cheaper and easier than just replacing the parts outright - maybe I don't know enough about car repair hourly rates and replacement costs?
Dude, if you're paying Jack by renting him this car - that's gonna be long time to pay off all that hard work, not an evening, not two and not three. More like few months, lol.
some of those aftermarket body kits are pretty close to spec or better sometimes. I did the same thing with my E-Class. When I got it, it was beaten up so I overhauled it and gave it a body kit from Suvneer. Looks better than ever now.

Doesn't look like Jack put any sound deadener on the inner door steel when he was swapping the window regs and locks over. Wouldn't that make it less S-class-y?
Adding lightness
the door liner hardly mutes anything, its the wheel liner, and the door design that keeps most of the sound out. sound deadner only eliminates high frequencies and reverb anyways.

"I don't have any money" I lol'd. Jack's a great addition. Getting input on body work isn't something most car channels give folks, but its something we can all benefit from understanding more. Particularly if we have to deal with insurance or body shops etc.

Watching this from Brabus HQ Germany. I really felt this one because we do things like that every day. The W222 was definitely my favorite S-Class to work on. I lost count how many of these I ripped apart and put them back together. We repainted a lot of these cars. But nice video! You should visit us if you're ever in Germany.

Waited so long for this video ! I fell in love with the S-class right after the first video. I worked hard for my 2014 e350. A huge accomplishment for me at 18 yrs old. Great job, I'm guessing this color is 799, so a 3 layer system really tricky to get the colour matching when the car is painted in parts. He knows what he is doing, fills me with joy when I see someone working, who knows what he is doing
