You can adjust where the camera is set when you start gaming you just have to go in hit the PlayStation button on your controller go to the stream part which is bottom left-hand corner then it gives you an adjust camera to readjust the camera at wherever you want to put it at on the screenand that’s how you do that just thought I’d place that here

I had it for the longest time and never used it and now I have a pc. With some research I found out you can use it on PC with the right driver installed. now I have an extra camera and I’m working on getting the Kinect v2 working on pc too!

You can move the camera to different locations on the screen whenever you want while you are broadcasting and you can even turn it off and turn it back on if you want. You hit the PlayStation button and it comes up with your broadcast options off the top of my head it will be over on the left hand side where it shows how many people are watching. I kind of wish they went back to the way the PlayStation 4 streams where the camera could be off to the side though but you're forced to have your camera on screen. I don't know if it's different between UA-cam and twitch because I haven't streamed on twitch with this.
Yah you can do that it just gets annoying after a while especially if you're looking for things in game and you can't see it because you're in your own way

Did they ever update the feature to hide your face on your own TV and still show it on stream? I feel like the camera would help me get views. But I dont want my screen blocked when I'm playing.

I watched this in the store whilst holding the camera contemplating buying it. As soon as you said it is stagnant on your screen and impairs your vision of your game I said NOPE and put it right back down. I can do what I do now and use streamlabs with more cameras.
Lol same here! I was decided to get the camera until I found out that my face will be shown even on my own gameplay. Curious, how are you streaming now with Streamlabs? You use Remote Play or a dedicated video card? I’m a newbie streamer and trying out different options. Up to now, doing Remote Play, but I hate most of the times quality is not the best

I have a capture card and all that and I’m trying to utilize OBS or Streamlabs but whenever I play my PS5, I have to switch the input to HDMI on my monitor. Do you know if that affects OBS or Streamlabs at all? I really don’t want to do remote play I just don’t like the way it looks and feels. Thanks again man really really great channel and great video.

I honestly thought this was gonna be like to connect. And you can play like to just dance on it, but they definitely messed up just dance. Cause now you need your cell phone to play it with, which is Defeat's the purpose of having a console
Is there a way I can set this camera up to be about 6-8 ft from my tv? I prefer gaming off tv vs a monitor so hoping I can stream that way!

I think its pretty decent ans its not even that expensive, i would say its actually cheap for what it offers
So from what your saying its not possible to have your camera shown on stream but also take that off on your screen that your seeing? I play apex and having the playback of the stream is super distracting and cuts out what i can see.
I picked one up and it was great! Only one problem. No mic audio. Does the camera have mic audio or should I grab a pair of headphones with a mic or is my PS5 camera defective? Hopefully someone has a solution! Thanks. Great video btw!
Camera has no mic, you can use your gaming headset for a mic or a usb micophone! Im working on a video on the best budget usb mic for PS5 should be out next week

This webcam is fine for me. The streamers I watch are raking in viewers like jynxzi, caseoh, and sketch and all their camera are either about just as good as this one give or take, or slightly worse and their streams seem to be doing just fine so I dont need a 4k crazy portrait mode camera or anything cuz some of the top streamers currently have mid cameras and mid mics. Sketch still uses a headset mic, and I’m not sure if jynxzi does anymore but I think he was for a while at one point too
They’re the example I like to use to remind myself personally that I don’t need the fanciest shit to succeed. Those are what you call excuses, if I wanna stream id stream regardless and they showed me the quality of your products doesn’t make the stream so don’t stress about it. It may be nice to have but it ain’t everything

The ps5 webcam is the only webcam you can use, other webcams will not work.
Are you sure about that because I've used my ps4 webcam to stream and that works perfectly.

Nah man, 1080p isn't impressive in 2023 thats standard. 4k would have been impressive, 1080 for streaming because of bandwidth and 4k for offline non streams.
Bro the webcam will have your face in a corner of the screen why would you need 4k for that
@@JusH3Putting yout face in a corner is a single use case. When not gaming you can record fullscreen, which would be better at 4k. As I mentioned most people record a lot of offline content then stitch it in with gaming or streaming items.
I love that i can actually go live on youtube and not have to hit a subscriber goal in order to go live.

I would say, identify a positive aspect to distinct, practice a bit offline, care as possible for the visual setting, go for quality more than long time, know that this is public and adjust to modest ambitions, because doing it well is doable, however it is more a complement to an activity, that cannot garanty success.

It's weird that this camera is a downgrade from the PS4 camera. It's just not as clear etc. definitely not 1080p in the picture quality makes you look very shiny and weird, even if you change the settings it makes it worse.

both, if you go live with your webcam you can list the „stream“ as unlistet so you can still go ahead on your youtube channel and edit it from there
