Thank You so Much!! This video is a God Send. I have been streaming on twitch directly from my PS5 with no knowledge that the stream was not picking up any audio. Someone who subscribed to me told me about streamlabs and connecting to a computer. I told them I would try it out and research a bit. This video really helped! I have a laptop with 12GB ram so I think I will start out with that. Then possibly buy a small form factor sorry streaming. I play my PS5 in the livingroom so it's a bit awkward to have a full set up. But seeing as I have a monitor, yeti mic and a laptop already, all I need are the little things to add.

For your output, you need to mess around with the settings for the capture card. You're gonna want to set the resolution to 1080p and the frame rate to match the output. For the colors looking weird, you want to put a filter over it to change up the colors to look like your actual game. I've had this capture card for a while now and occasionally there are instances where your microphone echos the game audio, I've been trying for over a year to fix it with no avail, but it doesn't really affect the stream too much, hope this helped someone 🫡

When I started I streamed directly from my ps5 and used overlay expert to set my alerts brb screens etc on twitch. I used a blue mic with ps5 webcam. It can work it is enough but if you want an OBS setup you need to save up for a decent machine with dedicated graphics

All of your becoming a streamer tutorials are fantastic. I’ve learned so much. I’m currently putting together everything I need to make this happen. All that is left is getting a gaming laptop or a gaming PC which of the two would you recommend

Thank you very much for this video! This video actually made me start streaming and I love it! But… I do have an issue. After the stream the sound of the gameplay sound muffled, like if it a underwater. I’m using the same capture card, chat link and external mic. Is there a way to fix this?

Im literally working on getting parts to build me a pc because im tired of feeling limited to stream with my 2019 macbook pro. My pc will have a streaming/gaming focus and im already halfway through with getting everything

Hey Great work these helped me alot. When using chat link cable isnt your ingame voice coming trough controller ? Thats givih echo to my friend and i dont know what to do about it. I just bought the new Pulse Elite headset and dont know why doesnt seem like its good for streaming, think the 3D pulses are better
Love the video man. That's a great way to start getting people feet wet in streaming. The only thing that I wouldn't recommend is getting a gaming laptops unless you do alot of traveling. If you're going to buy a gaming laptop you might as well buy a mid size gaming pc. Laptops are just as expensive and tend to overheat faster. The buget laptops that you recommend don't have as great of a gpu in them other then the msi one. I would be careful on getting used laptops as well. Its like putting milage on your car. The more someone used it before you the less longevity you have with it.
Yeah, definitely a personal preference thing depending on what someone wants. I've used both solid laptop and desktop gaming computers for streaming with good results. The laptop I will say was definitely handy when in school to take to classes and such, but desktop is nice for a stationary setup as well as the fact you can typically get better parts for less. The machines I showed in video (that don't have dedicated GPU) are the cheapest options I would recommend for a stream setup.

Question, I’m still need to this trying to figure out all the settings for streaming came across your videos and it helped a lot I purchased this capture card and my son plays on the PS5 and streams using his mini PC… now my question is and it might be silly lol but we cant seem to adjust the volume after connecting his PS5 pulse headset with the wire it comes with into the capture card. I do this so we can hear the game audio in the stream I don’t know if there’s another way or if I’m doing it wrong but when we do that it’s loud and we can’t put the volume down I’m in the headphones 🤷🏻♀️

Not yet for live streaming I suppose, but it's definitely a happy "yes" for casual gaming from me.
You can get a lot of gaming per dollar nowadays for very cheap, it should be an enjoyable experience as long as you keep your expectations realistic :)
In the years ahead, who knows? There are endless possibilities.
Well it’s slowly getting there. I feel very soon a budget computer will be very capable for live streaming /gaming . I think one company will pull all stops to get a specific computer for this soon
Can you please do make a video on HP 15.6 laptop Intel Pentium . Can it run some game on my console because i have HP 15.6 laptop I've been struggling recording and streaming give me lagging and low quality it acceptable with 10 fps not 30 fps , what should I do to make it better?

I love your ps5 videos I’m a total noob at this but I have the nova pro wireless headset with the dak a manao m20 usb mic I’m trying to figure out my audio like you had in your other ps5 setup I have an 8 core msi laptop I need to figure out your setup you were my main driving force for the headset and laptop I just need to figure out how to set mine up like that in dummy terms lol does the dak plug into your ps5 or laptop etc any help would be greatly appreciate
