I just did the transfer and diff oils in the 03 gv Suzuki. The top fill sump was completely mangled. Looked like someone took an angle grinder to it....I couldn't figure out how it got that bad. Watching you use that chisel on the plug to spin it now makes me understand how mine go so badly damaged hahaha. Surprisingly I managed to get it out.
Could you provide a bit more detail as to the transmission/bellhousing combo you used the make the XUD11 fit? Ive got a 95 SWB Escudo/Vitara with the H20A engine that i m looking at diesel swapping and your conversion seems to be about the most "cost effective" one ive come across
Good Morning. I need your help if possible. I've been doing a bodylift and now I have to change the levers. the problem is with the transfer case handle where I took it out and now I can't make it move. In the past I had already done the same in another vitara and now it happened again in this one. can you tell me how to overcome this same problem
Just check the shifter shafts aren't out of alignment if so, use a screwdriver to realign them and also make sure the shafter bushing hasn't fallen before one of the shafts Hope this helps

I only use the Chisel as a last resort, good work!

oh does the original gearbox and bellhousing work alright with your new td?
I have the commercial bellhousing on the factory gearbox, haven't had an issue
