It’s a little sad that some people feel they have to hide their interests because it “doesn’t fit them” because of their age/gender/whatever. If someone makes fun of you for it, that’s their problem. If an audiobook helps you fall asleep, who is it hurting? If an artist makes you feel something, aren’t they doing their job? Enjoy life, y’all! Like what you like, as long as you’re not hurting anything.

I have a so far unexplainable urge to tell the same stories and bits of info to anyone who will listen. I'd be great for forgetful children but most don't seem to like it. Luckaly my info pool and story pool is so large that people don't realize that I've gone into a loop because they (or I) don't remember the first time I told them. I've had instances where my memory fails (normal condition for me, it ether blanks or I don't trust it) and I end up telling someone the same story multiple times. For the ones I'm in they know the stories are true because "you never change the details, the wording and everything is the same every time." And that honestly raised my confidence in my stories because I know they're not changing. I write the ones I want to forget in my notebooks.
