Ry, instead of using those twist caps to cap off the wires you cut. you can use some head shrink, leave an over lap of head shrink so it closes over the exposed cut side of the wire. helps keep potential noise from the caps tapping or even any electrical issues from the caps coming off.
You know what's funny, I was going to do that but I could not find my set of shrink wraps in my new shop. I found the caps first so I went with those. So lazy 😂

If you stop making Xterra videos, than I'm going out and buying whatever vehicle you're covering next. The quality of your videos and your teaching does not match the number of views your videos get. Hi friend! Quick question Was looking into buying a Nissan Xterra but my dad told me that the starter and alternator are in middle of engine and difficult to get to. Is there any truth to that?
No sir. Not on the second generation. The starter and alternator are easy to get to. Not sure about the first gen. The starter on the Titan is a huge pain however.
