im having problems while pulse welding from time to time. It welds fine and after a certain lenght or time its not constant and it starts like ""shooting " i clean the material wich is steel i try passing again from a different way and angle and still shoots . i upped the arc value from neutral for example wich is 0 to even 5 but it still does it. If i factory reset u think its gonna be better? other person that used to work with the welding machine did many things on it clueless besides burning 2 torches and many more. i have checked the book but its difficult cuz i have no1 to actually explain me and i dont have the time to test , t3st, test
@@chris_b_liven I actually figured it out today. Thank you for replying. I started a new job and they have 2 of these welders that no one could run. I ended up doing a factory reset and now they run great
Fatih YİĞİT Make sure your on 5356/ALMG using .045/1.2 . Is it a multi-pass weldment? What about backing bar or backing of any? How thick of plate and what type of bevel? 30 degree = 60 degree included?
@@chris_b_liven MilkyCereal83 yes 30 Degrees from single side, totally 60. There is material baking 3mm dept. Material thickness is 12mm and V bevel edge. I prefer 4 runs. One root, one hot and two runs for cap. Actually i dont prefer 5356 because of Mg Precipitate. Pure Argon but what consumption do u recommend ? Thanks for all
Fatih YİĞİT Depending on if you use a backing strap my typica range of wire feed speed for 1.2 mm aluminum wire is around 400-485 IPM. Not sure what the equates to in MPM. Just make sure you set it up for diameter, material type, gas and then wire speed. Gas flow should be around 35-40 CFH not sure in LPM. Pre-clean plates with wire wheel and then run down with acetone alcohol. Practice on one or two 12 in test coupons with run in and run off tabs to determine weld settings. Cross section and you can use basic oven cleaner with heat to check fusion

Can u record menu settings for penetration on - correction?because my transpuls synergic 4000 cant penetrate on -
if i do a factory reset does it put all setting back to 0 or back to basic for steel ,all etc
George Mack It keeps the saved jobs but the standard background and faceplate will be like pulling it out of the box for the 1st time
How do you factory reset a transpuls synergic 5000 ?
svmoore32 It’s in the 1st setup menu under FAC - press and hold down store for 5-6 sec until PRG

hi, how can i see on board AC or DC current?
Fatih YİĞİT it’s only DC on this machine but you can MIG , Stick or TIG
thank you my friend. i try to weld 12mm 6xxx alloy V groove weld by using 1,2mm dia, 5183 wire. Is there any recommendation to me?

Thanks for the help!!!
👌
@@chris_b_liven is the arc length set in millimeters or as a percentage of the welding current?
максим It’s percentage of your voltage
@@chris_b_liven thanks Bro!
@@chris_b_liven and if the value of the arc length is set to zero, what is the length?
Make a video how weld aluminium
I’ll add it to my list 👊
second that Sir. and if its possible a push pull torch configuration setup, there is no information in that matter
the vedio is not clear
ARCHIE JOSEPH Yes. It was from 12 years ago
