Like you always say, What an amazing property!!! I loved the steps up and down, the kitchen was perfect, the area and entrance, ridiculously quaint, the main room is alright, it probably feels better in person...
OMG! I've looked in Pacentro for 6 years and I must say this is a superb home. My Grandparents were from Pacentro, the Mayor has my family name (we must be related) and I've been to Pacentro a few times. The town is enchanting to say the least. You've found a great one here David. Only thing I'd look into is opening the kitchen wall to that hall but it seems to be a structural wall so probably isn't possible. Love it!
Charming and filled with lots of character. That great room is amazing! The separation of privacy components is a nice feature. Guest bedroom & bath away from main living area. Great price for the square footage & wonderful location in historic district. Nice!! Best Wishes! 🙋♀💜
Fabulous town and a great townhouse. This one is an easy pickup. Only negative might be all the stairs if you're an older buyer, but hard to get away from stairs in Italy.
I wonder how the elderly manage to survive in that environment. In this case, I see evidence of a baby. Imagine toting one up and down those stairs inside and outside! Ouch! It must be double fun in winter. There is, of course, the possibility of an earthquake as well. It looks lovely, but it’s not even tempting. Germany, on the other hand.. . . . .
I love your videos specially this townhouse the price is perfect better than here in Utah USA. I would like to buy this townhouse is really nice but I need to retire first. Anyway keep it a good work. Congrats.
I have watched a few of your videos, and all of the properties have potential, some however requiring additional investment. This property is the best so far, best kitchen so far, most updated so far, although I lived in Germany for 6 years and realize the European standard is different from the US. Also, they don't feel the need to stage the home. Americans are spoiled. But this one was a 'goodie'!
I see you mention public transport in the comments above. No A/C though...do you think it's needed? Really neat layout esp with the split 'guest' space! Great find!
I will very soon be living permanently in Sicily(ancestry), and while all of Italy is fabulous, the second region I would chose to live would definately be Abruzzo. I personally absolutely love everything about it. The mountains, the lakes, rivers, the towns, close enough to beaches, and not very far from Rome, etc. Abruzzo is just quaint country style living, yet with all the necessities, and great cities. Tremendous place. I still marvel at the prices, and kind of get a laugh out of what they sell these places for, though I know why. It's just too good really.
Great home, great price, too many stairs for me especially hauling groceries from wherever my car is parked?? I loved that pink house you showed and the rustic home months ago in roccasale? Nice big driveway and green space ❤️ . Someone will love this one though
How do we know what is still available? Some of these videos are 5-6 mos old. Need to know what is still available. Hate to to really want one and then get…oh I’m sorry it’s sold!
Great property. The alleyway’s leading up to it are absolutely beautiful and inviting, which is something I always look for. The kitchen is fantastic. Curious if the kitchen cabinets/range setup stays with the property. Only big downside is the master bedroom with its spiral staircase, low ceiling, and no privacy walls.
If you keep going around in circles, around and around, in every room you go in, Dave, you're going to land on your bum one day. 😂😅😂😅😂 I get dizzy watching, and I'm lying on my bed. That's a fantastic price for the amount of space and the condition of the place. The only problem is the amount of stairs you can fall down, especially at night.😮 Are the kids things the owners' kids or grandkids? Thanks for showing this one. Ciao, arivaderce!
What I don't like in Italy, is that the buildings, most of them are not taken care on the outside. They are almost black in color...not paintinted and not washed. A presure washing machine would do a great job!
HOA in the US is a homeowners association fee. Kind of like a condominium fee, but can also be a fee for detached homes in a designated neighborhood for common spaces or certain services.
Pachentro is a beautiful spot! We stayed there when we came out last year and loved it! This would be a wonderful place to have in a lovely village!
Like you always say, What an amazing property!!! I loved the steps up and down, the kitchen was perfect, the area and entrance, ridiculously quaint, the main room is alright, it probably feels better in person...
We’re staying in Pacentro now. Just a few houses down from this property. Love the big living room in this one. Looks spacious.

Yes that wall is about 60cm thick and the hallway is two steps higher than kitchen .....
Its a great property! Removing most of that furniture and cant imagine how much bigger it will be. Thanks for sharing.

Love Love Love the picturesque walkway and the character of the property!
Welcome back Dave, amazing gem here but to many stairs for moi, but great rental & that bonus room is super 😮😊
That is a awesome Home. Wow.
Really love the town. Apartment has a strange layout, but the bonus room is excellent. Cheers🍷

What a beautiful property!! And the price!!!
È bellissima. Penso che l’altra casa sia stato là- sotto questa scalinata. ❤❤
Gorgeous!
HELLO DAVID. Cheers. Great tour I look forward to them. Cheers. Gina in Upstate New York USA Moving to Portugal
I’m just thinking about how they got those big pieces of furniture inside this apartment. :)
Lots of hands and swearing!
With a lot of determination! 😂😅😅
Совсем непонятно с такими мелкими окнами и лестницами? Видимо, в разобранном виде.
Over the balcony?

I love the properties with these weird layouts!
Such a fabulous place! I'd do absolutely nothing. Thanks for all your wonderful videos. You've got us rethinking our retirement.

Wow I love it. I’m lost for words.
Nice town, nice property, but too many steps
It’s unique in a beautiful town with tons of charm.
Ohhh just saw the price!!! Very nice property!
I cant imagine having small children with all those stairs, but it looks like they do. Just seems like alot of work getting around in your own home
Yes first thing i noticed is no windows which for myself is a big negative. But i do like the space
A bunch of umbrellas. Does it rain frequently there? Or are they used for the sun?
If it had a terrace I would have jumped on this.
How do we know which of these properties have already been sold?
What are the costs for annual property taxes?
when we see the "new boiler" does that supply only domestic hot water or does that also include the radiator heat supply?
Both

This is the town of Madonna’s family.
And Mike Pompeo!
How does one get a fire tender or an ambulance inside these narrow lanes ?
You can drive to around 50 meters from the house
Das Haus ist sehr schön, ich frage mich wie ein grosser LKW in die engen Gassen kommen soll, wie bringe ich unsere Möbel in die Wohnung?
Lots of hands! And small dollies....
Hi. Are furtitures included in the price?

That's what I love the most about Italy, Authentic and antique!
How is internet in these small towns
Usually have fibre optics
Ok from Transilvania România Transilvania 👍❤️🇷🇴🏴🇷🇴👍❤️🏴🏴
Mr. David, is there an HOA fee for the Townhouse? And how much is it a month, If there is?
What is an HOA?
HOA in the US is a homeowners association fee. Kind of like a condominium fee, but can also be a fee for detached homes in a designated neighborhood for common spaces or certain services.
none, for sure.
There is no hoa
Are there any monthly or annual taxes and fees, such as the property tax, for owning the property? Thanks.
What is pacentro population?
Google says a little over a thousand.
@@carolinewinfrey3045 thanks mam’
I have doubts about the professionalism of the agency. I have written to them many times but no one bothered to follow up on my enquiry. Sigh!
Prefer to buy in Italy and not need a car 90 days in and out in 6 months. Not looking for residency.
Cento inquadrature sulle scale e poche sulle camere
Wonder how much?
It's on the thumbnail and description. €79,995
