It's not a common desert where I live (southwestern US) :) if you want to eat it you'd have to find a restaurant that has it or make it yourself. But in general it's not 'rare' so I totally see why each person is reacting the way they are. Its rare enough that don't think I knew what pannacotta was until my mid 20s.
@@knoodles4062 i know, but I have a problem with procrastinating lol, i always tell myself I‘ll do it but then don‘t. Also I‘m not even bad at cooking but I just don‘t do it really often
Tips! As someone who made this irl, I recommend sealing the cups to preserve the vanilla flavor and aroma if you don't plan on eating them all right away. I used cling film with my batch, but I'm still testing the effectiveness. Also, you can add a bit of fruit jam/choco sauce/caramel sauce to the pudding to give it a harder flavor punch if milk pudding by itself is too light for you. I recommend adjusting the original amount of sugar to 2 or 3 tbsp instead of 4, since the flavorings already have sugar in them.

This is one of my favorite channels because of how unique it’s cooking is. It’s just video game cooking, but it’s so fun to watch, and I even made a few myself!(and maybe bought test tubes and potion bottles just to imitate because it was cool.) Love this channel man
♥️ I love your kitchen. The plate you used are Beautiful. The 🥄 also. I must make this Desert myself. I am also rethinking on how to set up my kitchen.
fun fact that should probably be common: Gelatin based foods, such as flan or pudding, can actually be swallowed whole. The slippery texture and soft, adaptable shape allows it to slide down basically any tube or tunnel, such as your throat. Part 2: you can also do this with relatively creamy pastas and other things, like Kraft Mac n' cheese! Again, the soft, slippery texture allows it to slide down your throat with ease.
Where do you find all these “rustic?”glass bottles, crockery, ect..? They’re just so cool! By the way I love your videos, the pixel game-themed recipe and other references^^. Just continue like that!
As an Italian, Panna Cotta means Baked Whipped Cream. Here at restaurants it's really common and usually eaten with caramel ontop. Usually it's not so jiggly and really soft. Usually it's a large wide portion with liquid caramel ontop but it's fresh and the caramel doesn't harden at all. The color isn't really that white, more of a yellow cream one.
Panna Cotta is a very rare variant of edible slime, the puddings. It holds it's shape very well but is weak to cutlery.
Panna cotta is rare?

I like how laid back he is in his videos, like he's not too "add this EXACTLY 6 ounces" or whatever, but he still makes the food look great :)
