In 99% of aircraft (i seen one soviet one which had throttle for APU) APU runs on constant speed. It is intentional because you need constant speed to have constant frequency of AC generator (APU do not uses CSD like main engines do because of weight).

Hi, in the end the video we observed that the fuel boost pump was off but the apu is still running ... 1.37 / 1.43 time. How it is works ?

This installation the left fuel pump should be on but APU starts are possible without it. Reduced life of the APU fuel controller will result.
Can you control the power of the APU like the main engines or does it run an consist speed.
