I'm an iit jee aspirant but still watching finology legal.
That's the impact .
If I were asked to choose between law books and finology legal, I would choose the latter...Haha 😅.. Addicted to your channel Priya! Regards 😊
Great initiative taken by the judges of the courts. मेरा देश बदल रहा है ….🥰🥰 🇮🇳
This video is really helpful not just for practicing in courts but also during the interview stage of any judicial/non judicial interviews.
Thank you and keep up the good work 👍👍
I think 'Sir' is the best & most convenient way to address. 'Your honor' or 'Your lordship' creats undue pressure on the one saying it, also creating the gap of a class. Sir is comforting.
Appreciate your feedback 🔼

Saying your honor is the practice of US courts and my lord has been used since Britain India but it's not compulsory you can address justice's and judges by sir/madam or any respected terms.
Supreme courts and high courts you can use your honor/honorable court. Regional and subordinate courts you can use sir or regional respectable terms.
You are a born teacher, you have the outstanding quality of elucidating the points and making it intelligible for the learners. Please keep it up.

Awesome video 👍. Can you please make a video on structure and hierarchy of courts in India? It's really confusing🤔
Welcome : Your Episode Projected Excellently explaining the proper Addressing the Honorable JUDICIARY POWER from the Honorable Judges and the Subordinate Courts.
Can you make videos on The differences between Plentiff, defandant , etc.. Or jitne bhi word use hote hai yese wale. In civil, criminal in sb mai😅
1.Plaintiff - person whose civil rights has been infringed and hence he/she is instituting a suit.
2. Defendant - Person filing a WS in response to the above suit.
3. Appellant- Of the above 2 any 1 can be it, depends upon who feels aggrieved by the judgment/order/decree passed in the OS.
4. Complainant - A person instituting a suit particularly in a tribunal hence in place of No. 1 = Complainant and in place of No. 2 = Respondent.
I am not sure about criminal cases' terminology so She(UA-camr) may tell that better.
@@MK_Singh_Advocate as c said all the terms which used in criminal & civil .
