Yeah, I thought that was nutty. I wear extremely thin UV cover-ups to protect my skin from the sun and that's still too much sometimes. No way I'm wearing a sweater vest in hot weather.

@@obehiikhigbonoaremen1241 UV cover-ups are very thin hoodies made with a permeable material with thumb holes so the backs of your hands are also protected. I got mine from Uniqlo.

Another thing I would add to this is check the fiber content of your clothes. 100% cotton or linen is soooooo much more breathable than polyester, nylon, or other man-made fibers. If you have to go for a mix, make sure it's 90+% cotton and/or linen so that it is still as breathable as possible
