It's a sweeter version than his with Jimmy Page that's for sure 😉 Was looking for karaoke songs and remembered how much I used to love the Raising Sand album. Wow, these two were lovely together 💞
Well women are the source of life and fecundity in this world, and often by just merely exsisting they benefit men, creatively and financialy, and their cup over runs again and again.
i was fortunate enough to be invited backstage at Red Rocks during this tour. I met Robert Plant and he stood for a photograph with my daughter. He was gracious and a gentleman.
Wow, the Queen of Bluegrass and the Golden God of Rock....what a fantastic duo! Just beautiful. I love the way they smile at each other. I really wish I had been able to see these guys together live. I’m sure it was spectacular! Hopefully I get another chance in 2022.
They're performing still/again. Loved this on the BBC a few days ago: m.ua-cam.com/video/wlwzpkhmIT8/v-deo.html&start_radio=1 I was too young (just!) to have engaged with LZ in their Bron yr Aur days, but have seen Robert several times over the years, when out and about, visiting his beloved mid-Wales.
Dude enjoy your self and someday I as a 61 year old Man is gonna be going to a concert for once in my life but I think that I am going to be going to Chris Stapleton concert he is another singer who really puts his soul into his songs so carry on and have a Great time Brother 😉
Bought this when it first came out! Just amazing how well they make this a great Album! Both have amazing and versatile vocals, strong voices and work so well together! The production is great and the musicians and of course the produced is brilliant.
This song, when things have sucked you dry...but you still feel. Dear Robert, you & Allison did a beautiful job.. Loved you all my life, thank you for sharing your life, your voice with us. How blessed we have been🎶💯💙💔
I had the chance to see them this weekend at bethel woods. I'm so in love with this collaboration. He sounds great and her voice n talent makes it unique. Love that I just got turned onto them.
I’ve recently turned 80, I don’t think I’ve bought a CD in years, I definitely want one of theirs. THEY ARE GREAT! I think it would be awesome to see them in concert.
Unless your familiar with Union Station, it's a shock to realize that not only is Alison a pitch perfect singer with gorgeous tone and range...girl plays a dope fiddle! 🎻🎶
I found these tunes just a few days ago. I'm sad they they were missing from my playlists for 11 years. Wow. Can't believe I missed this. Glad to be listening now
My Grandad's sister was Mae Boren Axton. She asked me to come to Nashville and I said, I liked country ok but I loved Led Zeppelin. She was Queen of Nashville. If you know of T-Bone , you probably have knowledge of her or Hoyt. I about died inside when I first heard this. Plus I was in Austin, and had ran into him at Mother Blue's in Dallas and on a Florida Bch. We chatted, about the waves... simple things. He was doing Fate of Nations, but he is a man, who was in a lot of pain. Losing a child and friend, it almost can change your DNA. I was front row & he looked at me a few times, perhaps he recognized me. I will never know. Who knows, maybe someday ...I can dream.💙 bonnieblue 💙🎶🎵✌️💯🎤🔥🐎
It's so amazing to hear Plant so composed. What a wonderful wonderful singer. Obviously Allison is amazing. But just to hear him singing in such a tight fixed arrangement instead of the loose madness of Zeppelin is so remarkable. I will forever love Zeppelin but this is so cool.
Remember being up in the middle of the night with my newborn twins watching the DVR of this show over and over. Just awesome. She was just beyond enchanting. Amazing pairing. And love this song - never knew the history behind it but for some reason I got the feeling there was something about Bonham and the end of Zeppelin in there. That loss. "Too late, too late. A fool could read the signs. Maybe baby you better check between the lines." Then later, that's it - there's nothing left there in that situation. Please check in lost and found. A lot of heartbreak in there.
1:17 nobody could do those little vocal riffs like Plant. Nobody. That little thing there could have been on Zeppelin III. Trademark. And one last thing. 3:17 the look he gives her and that smile back. If that doesn't make you feel good you've got a screw loose.
And it couldn’t have been thought of then as Alison was only born in 1971 😅 Nobody back then would have thought how Robert Plant would keep maturing as a musician and revisit some of the songs he’d written to bring new life and a different style to them in the last 20 years. His singing partnership with Alison is brilliant. They’re both wonderful solo performers but I think that together they’re a phenomenon!
+Olga This is definitely one of the best albums produced ever. Plant & Krauss for me are the catalysis and essence that can easily enchant and mingle with our inner emotions, at any time. This is a normal consequence it has on most legitimate listeners, and that's a fact. This type of music helps me to enjoy the most simplest and special moments in life, without the overbearing interference of distracting negative thoughts of foggy and greedy individuals who only intend to derail our own sincerity for their own interests. And, I am certainly only too happy to hear that their are more of us still out there who have a sense of real compassion in our veins. Thank God! Kind Regards, DP
Little did I think as a teenager hearing Led Zepp for the first time that a) I'd go on to love country music b) Plant's voice could mature into this beautiful sound c) I'd have the pleasure of hearing them in combination with the wonderful Alison Krauss. Match made in heaven.
Beautiful , Beautiful , i love this song, my God, you guys killed it. i wanna listen to this song forever. wow so Fresh. Come on please read the Letter.
Wonderful. Beautifully supportive, simpatico harmonies from the lovely Ms Krauss, making Robert Plant sound as good as possible. Which is of course very good indeed.
I’m 67 years old and I’m proud to say I haven’t heard a more beautiful love song in my life! Alison and Robert along with their band are phenomenal!
Young man ime 69 and youre right
Totally agree with you 🤘
I'm 55. Total agree Alison feat Robert are phenomenal ! Please read the letter that i wrote...
It's a sweeter version than his with Jimmy Page that's for sure 😉 Was looking for karaoke songs and remembered how much I used to love the Raising Sand album.
Wow, these two were lovely together 💞
This is sheer class
This kind of music is inspirational, but the vocal combination of Robert Plant & Alison Krauss is the icing on the cake. Sublime.
Well women are the source of life and fecundity in this world, and often by just merely exsisting they benefit men, creatively and financialy, and their cup over runs again and again.
I'm 69 and love to hear them singing together put a smile on my face
i was fortunate enough to be invited backstage at Red Rocks during this tour. I met Robert Plant and he stood for a photograph with my daughter. He was gracious and a gentleman.
So jealous. That had to have been surreal!!!
A masterclass in how to put 110% emotion into a song
Two of the best vocalists around today. Alison Krauss’ voice is about as pure as they get and Robert Plant is still amazing into his 70’s now.👍👍
They both add so much. Plant has the punch and Kraus adds those soft amazing harmonies.
Robert Plant has never sounded better. Very impressive duet love song!
Love this song! Robert and Alison are in perfect sync and harmony together.
Love them both, they sing beautifully together
Beautiful.
Can't get enough of them singing together. Awesome
November 20, 2021 New album Raise The Roof
Who are the 10 idiot's that didn't like this beautiful song, with Robert's voice & Alison Krause? 3 Grammy's!
I don’t know , they must like some new age stuff
Tone deaf

Allison Krauss was glowing...a woman that any man would want to marry...🙂...very beautiful...like the song...
Robert and Alison is incredible duet!
Robert Plant is my favorite artist. I've seen him live 27 times and will continue to see him.

Their voices blend so beautifully. Wow

Fabulous harmony, the best duo.
Their artistry is phenomenal!
The combined song and stellar instrumental masters make it the best!
This song, when things have sucked you dry...but you still feel. Dear Robert, you & Allison did a beautiful job.. Loved you all my life, thank you for sharing your life, your voice with us. How blessed we have been🎶💯💙💔
Absolutely awesome. Their voices blend so beautifully 😍
This song is definately one of my favorites that they sing together.
I love watching Alison zone out when she's playin' her fiddle. They really nailed this performance - so good!
I was thinking the same thing, she goes off somewhere.
That performance is simply exquisite.
I had the chance to see them this weekend at bethel woods. I'm so in love with this collaboration. He sounds great and her voice n talent makes it unique. Love that I just got turned onto them.
Thank you Robert Plant & Jimmy Page for writing this beautiful song. And T-bone and Alison are putting this together with her voice and fiddle

Beautiful album. Superb performance. I'm just sitting here, crying.
Yes it is DoL
me too, happens every time!
I rarely get through a listening without shedding a few tears.
I’ve recently turned 80, I don’t think I’ve bought a CD in years, I definitely want one of theirs. THEY ARE GREAT! I think it would be awesome to see them in concert.
I hope you do see them or either one in concert
Allison tours frequently 🎻
T-bone thanks for bringing these two incredible voices together! 💙🎬🎶🎤🎸

I got the CD when it 1st came out and still listen to it
I'm with you sweetheart. This is just fantastic. I don't know how I missed it either? It's so romantic. Yet, sad.
I stumbled upon them recently. Beautiful
Perfect combination.. Love them both.
'T'BONE BURNETT IS A MASTER AT THIS PAIRINGS THING. PLAYING BEHIND THEM AND BUDDY MILLER OFF TO LEFT. BEAUTIFUL PEICE INDEED!!!
Buddy AND Ribot! That's about as good as it gets.

They said that the both learned a lot from each other.
Well, this is about the 20th time I've watched this video. Still exciting.
Same since last night!

His voice is still sublime. Compliments Alison’s voice beautifully!
NOBODY,NOBODY!!!
Is it me or has Robert's voice become even richer with time? Or maybe it's the change in genre?
Definitely got richer.
Lightning like this strikes likes this once in a lifetime
This whole performance is great, but the violin solo particularly stands out to me.
heavenly harmonies, transcendent voices that transport the soul....
Genius. Sublime. Amazing. God and goddess. Privileged.
Omgoodness Alison is so pretty. Such a beautiful piece and the musicians are all TOP SHELF!!!!!!! great share. Toodlepip.
This is the most
makes-me-cry-song
that I know
Beautiful songs and good singers. I love Robert Plant one of the best Rock singer.
I love this song. And I am in love with Alison Krauss. My God she is beautiful, sexy and has the voice of an angel
Excellent!! If this collaboration had been suggested back in the 70's, they would have said it would never happen
And it couldn’t have been thought of then as Alison was only born in 1971 😅

My grass is getting bluer by the minute, from a bloke who grew up in Zeppelins' home town.

Wonderful. Beautifully supportive, simpatico harmonies from the lovely Ms Krauss, making Robert Plant sound as good as possible. Which is of course very good indeed.

Thanks for the ride.
Serious talent on all fronts.
This was originally a track written by Plant and Page on Walking into Clarksdale album and was much heavier and darker. I prefer this version
Who is the genius who thought up this pairing? Whoever you are, we thank you!
